Account Termination and Fraudulent Ad Click Hijacking
Two months ago, my website was approved and began displaying ads. Although I explicitly opted out of adult content, these ads were still shown and were only blocked after I contacted support. Clicking the "X" button doesn't close the ad; it forces a redirect to the advertiser's page instead. Now that my first payment is due, they have terminated my account for an alleged policy violation and forfeited all of my earnings.

Quality gaming traffic
I've been working with Adcash for more than 6 years across multiple WW gaming campaigns, and the traffic quality has consistently been among the best I've worked with in the industry.
What stands out the most is the player quality — long-term active users with strong ROI and much better retention compared to many other traffic sources.

Buying since 2018
I have been buying traffic from Adcash since 2018, specially Sports. I have not found a traffic source with better conversion rates, particularly for pop under. That means, their traffic is very high quality and they leave little room to fraudulent or low quality traffic. Of course, there is always a bit of server or bot traffic but below 1% according to my tracker, so it’s very negligible.
I also want to point out the tools they provide for optimising and automising my mediabuy activities. Once I have campaigns up and running, I have little manual work to do.
When going through all reviews on trustpilot, it’s easy to understand why there are negative ones, which without surprise, come from blocked publishers. As explained above, Adcash is not kidding with fraudulent activities and I would suppose they don’t go fully transparent with fraudsters on what they caught, which ANY company in the industry would also not do.
I am spending between 50k€ to 70k€ monthly since 2022. It took me 4 years to reach this scale and I was very well advised by my account manager, which I will not disclose the name because I want him to still be as present as possible to me when I need him lol!

Very Dissapointed, Vague and Dishonest Company
Very Dissapointed. I signed up as publisher and all was going well until one day, BAM! "Publisher 1158718 site 1580096 content rejected" Reason for rejection: Traffic does not comply with quality standards. What standard? I reached out to support by email but thier response was vague and dismissive and they didn't bother checking again. My site is a content heavy and heavy traffic educational site with 15,000 - 21,000 page views from real organic traffic from google daily, with an average session of 6 minutes and has been consistently so for past two years. I offered to share any anayltics to support the review but was blatantly shutdown and my earned revenue gone. Do not trust this company.

I noticed dozens of people giving 5-star ratings, but they are all advertisers or people who place their sites with them. They simply delete your account when there is a payment to be made and claim that you violated the rules—nothing more than that. They don’t explain anything, nor do they provide any proof.
What’s interesting is that I run Google AdSense on the same site, and I’ve already worked with several other companies and never had any blocks. I decided to test with them, and guess what—account blocked.
Was it blocked while traffic was running? No. Everything works fine until the payment is approved and requested. When it’s time to receive the money, you never get paid. Be careful with this company.

A Wasted Experience: Not a Service, But an Exam
I went to this platform expecting to simply buy a service, but what I got was a complete nightmare. It's less like a service and more like you're taking an exam. First, you go through endless hoops to meet their "rules," which are more like obstacles meant to drive up your costs and kill your conversion rates. You don't get to buy the service right away, no — you have to jump through multiple pointless steps, as if you're trying to pass some exam instead of just purchasing something. And even after all that, they still refuse to provide the service or they cut off your stats. All this just to "comply" with their useless rules that guarantee zero conversion and higher expenses. Save your time and money — find a platform that values you as a customer, not as a test subject.

I work with a lot of networks that are similar to Adcash, such as Propeller, Roi ads, Mobidea, Pushground, Richads.
What makes working with Adcash special is that they have an account manager (a guy named Andrea) who knows the capabilities of their network very well, and that's the most important thing.
He will tell you exactly what to do and monitoring the work of the campaign and help you optimize it in the best way.
He will not just want to take your money and have mediocre or bad results, which happened to me working with some other networks.
Their cost per click is also good, on average 0.02.
In any case, I recommend that you test them, I tried with 300 dollars and now I pay them 1,000.
Let me mention that I only do push campaigns

Unfair account block for a high-volume publisher (1.3M users/week) – Looking for a resolution
I have been a loyal partner with Adcash for a long time, delivering high-quality traffic. Recently, my account was suddenly blocked due to what seems to be a misunderstanding by the compliance team regarding my traffic sources.
I have provided full transparency, including Google Analytics reports showing over 1.3 Million weekly users (75% Organic Social & Search) and Cloudflare security logs proving the traffic is 100% human and protected. I even offered the team direct 'Viewer Access' to my live analytics to prove my legitimacy.
It is disappointing to see a professional account blocked without a proper manual review of the evidence. I have $1,800 pending, and I expect Adcash to act fairly and review the technical proofs I submitted. I am still open to resolving this and continuing our partnership, but I need a human response from the compliance department.

We are definitely not blocking accounts for no reason or without communicating the reasons. Yet, if no agreement is found, we have to assume that your activity has been in violation of Adcash regulations. Demanding account managers to "close their eyes" to fraudulent activities, for example, is definitely against our regulations.
ADCASH = ADSCAM. A bunch of scammers
A bunch of scammers. They wait until you’re just about to receive your payment, then cancel it and start asking nonsense questions. Yeah—take the money and keep it in your pocket.
By the way, I’ve seen plenty of fake positive reviews clearly used to boost and bury the negative ones. Be mindful. I’ve even seen them buying ++reps on other forums.
Beware of this adscam ad network.
