This bank is terrible, DONT USE THEM. Could say a lot more, I ditched them 3 months ago. I am now with Commonwealth bank. so happy, Adelaide bank is gone

Dishonest practices at Adelaide Bank
Dishonest practices at Adelaide Bank. Had organised to have my mortgage for my land and construction. Land had settled, now that I have provided my bank pack they decided the builders contract was unacceptable. We needed to move to Commonwealth Bank for land and construction. Now trying to settle the land to move over but Adelaide Bank is making up false deadlines that do not exist in their mortgage discharge conditions. I wanted to be a customer, but they didn’t want me and now I am trying to leave they are trying to squeeze every last bit of interest out of me. Shame on them.
