I bought 3700 emails adresses and ended up with 1200 duplicates. The big majority of emails are info@....
I called them to explain and they told me : "it's normal".
Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Let me start by saying that I am sorry to learn that you are dissatisfied with our service. For a company that is very active in finding and retaining satisfied customers, it is always regrettable to see that we do not always succeed.
With regard to your specific situation, I think it is important to mention two things:
- It is true that there are many info@ e-mail addresses in our database. As you undoubtedly know, it is prohibited by law in Belgium to send commercial messages to personal (company) e-mail addresses. In order to enable our customers to apply email marketing within the rules of the law, we do our utmost to collect as many non-personal email addresses as possible.
- Since our database contains a registration of all organizations in Belgium, it also includes organizations with different branches. In some specific cases one e-mail address is linked to the head office. Overall less than 5% of the e-mail addresses in our database are registered twice or more, which is very logical and explainable. The selection you made yourself apparently contained more duplicates than you expected, but we would have liked to help you with that. Topics that we work on every day (and are therefore very logical and normal to us) may be new to you. And we have (apparently) been unable to sufficiently explain this to you. We are sorry, because we could easily have helped you if you had given us that opportunity. Help we would have liked to have offered you and / or solved financially with you out of leniency.
We have been in contact with you on this topic and it appears that (as we both have different native languages) some relevant information has been lost in translation or misinterpreted. That is a shame because we would have liked to help you. We still do.
So we would love to hear from you.
