I have a garnishment i paid first one off and 2nd one was 300 less then first one tell me why when they took this payment out it was amount of first garnishment not 2nd even though first one is paid and why are they taking so much out at 1 time ..i called to speak with someone and they could not speak good English could not help me then he gives me number to call a different rep and it said not valid number i am so frustrated

Absolutely terrible experience with ADP. Trying to cancel should not feel like a full-time job. It took me over 10 phone calls just to get a straightforward cancellation sorted out. Every call seemed to lead to another transfer, another excuse, or another person who couldn't actually resolve the issue.
A process that should take minutes turned into an unnecessarily frustrating experience that wasted a huge amount of my time. Customer service and cancellation processes should be simple and efficient, not designed to wear people down. Complete jokers.

So uou will have to deal with every small issueThey are worthless make you change passwords and then lock you out using the brand new password. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!! I have ran payroll for many companies and my new employer is using ADP. Needless to say I am trying to get them to go back to QuickBooks.
ADP control every aspect of the payroll and if you need help you will speak with someone overseas that has no clue what they are talking about. The company is clueless about the actual laws of each state and emails you to do things that are not even necessary.
DO NOT USE THEM!!! Do your company and your employees a huge favor. Just read through the 1 star reviews and you can see they are clueless. I just read the one where someone was trying to get a home loan and the representative didn't understand why ADP is a part of the transaction. Yes ADP you are because the individual needs to be able to have someone reach out to their payroll processor and confirm their income. SMH. How is this company still in business?

I’ve had difficulties with this company from the very beginning. It’s impossible to talk to anyone. The options that you need are non existent. This company is impossible to talk to. I’ve been trying for days without any success. Inever in my life would recommend this company. You can’t talk to anyone. It should be illegal for this country many to do what they do.

Purposefully difficult to navigate. Terrible customer service, enjoy starting from the beginning on a new case every time you check the status of your issue. Borderline unethtical customer service it is so bad, especially working with people's livlihoods.

Trying to sort out a loan but isn't sending 3rd factor authentication at the moment. And no customer service so I guess I'll just have to wait till adp have their crap together.
Adp replied... it appears the clowns that work there dont realise they oppertate outside of the USA.
They are also apparently un aware that you may require proof of income via pay slips to get a loan.

The business I work for changed ownership and I have had so many problems with disappearing invites and then I finally got in saved my info, TRIED to create a new account only to get a "Contact HR for assistance" message AGAIN. I am SO SICK of ADP. They USED to have a tech you could call so you wouldn't have to go through your employer, when they are already busy enough. NOT anymore. Meanwhile I can't view my checkstubs, NOR can i find out whats going on with my 401K contribtions...

I had a very poor experience working with a manager at ADP, during a payroll filing issue for my small business.
ADP was responsible for handling my payroll filings, but my Q4 2025 filing was not properly completed. As a result, my business incurred approximately $600 in penalties and interest. I spent months trying to resolve the issue with ADP and request reimbursement, and the main manager I worked with during that process.
In my experience, the communication, follow-through, and resolution process were extremely frustrating. After months of trying to get the issue resolved, ADP ultimately denied reimbursement because they said I did not have written confirmation from the mangager stating that ADP agreed to cover the penalties and interest.
My frustration is that ADP was paid to handle my payroll filings, the filing issue caused real financial damage to my business, and after months of communication, ADP still refused to take responsibility or make it right.
Based on this experience, I would not recommend ADP to other small business owners who need reliable payroll filing support and accountable customer service.

This company deserves 0 stars! Not only do they have numerous accounting errors but it has been 10 weeks now and we are into May and they could not produce T4s for my employees or send off all necessary information to the CRA - I have escalated it every few days only to be told it will be done and I will be updated. Not only was it not done but I was not updated either. I have been through over 9 staff online and over the phone and everyone has failed to get their job done. If you can't do payroll for a company then what exactly are you doing?!?

I took the time to sign up with ADP Roll and enter all the company information but once it came time to run payroll, I was unable to. Support was unhelpful. After a 3rd attempt reaching out to support, I have decided that I will go with another payroll provider. ADP Roll also has terrible reviews.

I made a withdrawal from my retirement and never received the check. Have tried multiple times and various ways to make contact with a human and always get sent to the virtual assistant. It's a joke and our company admin has attempted to reach our and help and still no assistance to report the problem. It's very frustrating and wouldn't recommend this company at all.

If you are trained properly then maybe this payroll software can work for you. However, the initial training you receive is rushed and extremely insufficient. You are also promised the sun, the moon & the stars when you initially interview with ADP for their capabilities for job costing and interacting with other accounting software. As a construction firm, we rely on Work In Progress Reports, but after 9 months we still cannot get job cost imports to work with our accounting software as we were assured we would without issue. So now we are forced to do weekly, manual Work in Progress Reports. We should have used a better payroll company for Job Cost Accounting. As big as ADP is, is as inferior as ADP is. Customer Service is poor and they just cannot do what they promised they could. Unfortunately, once you sign up and start processing payroll, it's weeks before you realize they can't do what they promised, so you are stuck unless you want to go through the nightmare of trying to start over with another company. Do your homework, get references from companies that use ADP with your accounting system. ADP will just lie to you.
