Great tool to manage and handle multiple social media profiles

I purchased an AdsPower subscription based on their claims of providing a reliable anti-detect browser for professional use. From the very beginning, the product had critical fingerprinting inconsistencies specifically with WebGL and WebGPU parameters that failed standard integrity checks. The browser environment was flagged by independent fingerprint testing tools, which completely contradicts their core promise of "undetectable" browsing.
I immediately contacted support and provided detailed evidence, including screenshots and test results. Instead of acknowledging the defect or offering a fix, their support team spent over 10 days giving me copy-paste responses, asking me to try the same basic troubleshooting steps repeatedly, and clearly stalling for time. During this entire period, my paid subscription was actively burning, and I lost over 5GB of premium proxy bandwidth running tests to prove that their product was broken bandwidth that I paid for separately and would not have wasted if the product worked as advertised.
After finally accepting that the issue was on their end and that the tool was unusable for my workflow, I requested a refund for the wasted subscription period and compensation for the proxy bandwidth destroyed by their defective software. They flat-out refused despite the fact that the fault was entirely theirs and documented from day one.
This is not how a professional SaaS company operates. You cannot sell a product that fails at its primary function, waste your customer's time and money for 10+ days, destroy their third-party resources with broken software, and then refuse any accountability. The lack of a refund policy for defective products is a major red flag.

I was ordering a Dr squash product online. Total came to 32.dollars cdn. Received a code from. My cc company but it was for merchant name adspower for 441.60 USD. ????????

I had the WORST experience with Adspower, their support is soo bad, the worst I ever experienced, I literally paid them, for subscription, and it was still $0, I tried to reach them out asking for them to enable my monthly subscription, support told me the only option was refund, I did transfers exchanging my crypto to different currencies and was at lost due fees, but had NO choice to accept, it has been 2 days, and still nothing, I tried to reach them out since morning (it's night now) whole day, all time I get "support is on break right now", I checked their working hours, it was within their workng hours, I tried telegram support as well, got no answer, whole day, nothing, this is ridiculous, to not be at least enable my subscription, I was in an extremely argent to get a profile that was locked, but 2 days still not resolved, I'll try my best to pay last time so I transfer all my profiles to dolphin anty and delete this damn app, they did HUGE damage to me not being able to connect to the profile and even keeping my money without response, FYI I was very nice even if I sound angry now, I literally made trustpilot account just for this review, I got screenshots anything needed, I'll also post a veeeery detailed review on reddit and BHW to make sure spread this info, they literally warn "sometimes" it fails to deliver deposits, but since it did happen to me why not help me? they literally kept money and I try to reach them ever since then!!!!

I hope this reaches many people ,because if a problem accure, you cannot count on support for help, they literally got working hours, and even when they reply it's not helping you, I got screenshots of sending every 1-3 hours a message and being ignored, this is the worst when a support takes money and not helping you. And majority of positive rates here must be fake, I planned to rate it anyways with 3 stars IF it was resolved but they make it obvious that I got on purpose ignored and my refund still not arrived even after giving the address

I received a refund after so must strungle, but still gonna give 2 stars because of the trouble I went
