Seven years with AG2R, seven years of incompetence, opacity, and administrative absurdity. No one answers, no one solves problems, and worse still, they complicate them.
Hours spent calling for nothing, ignored emails, registered letters with no response, overwhelmed advisors... It's a recipe for constant stress, especially when you're sick and have other things to deal with.
I've had health insurance throughout my life: this one is by far the worst. If you value your mental health and your wallet, avoid it.

This time, it is some pointless tax compliance form to complete, asking me to sign confirming things that are either obvious or that they have known since day one.
