Very disappointing experience.

Order placed in July 2025 with a promised delivery time of 2–3 weeks. The full set of furniture was delivered only after 7 weeks and three separate deliveries.

The first delivery was incomplete and included a damaged item. Customer service was unable to provide clear information, and communication was chaotic. Only an in-store intervention resolved the issue.

Even the replacement part arrived damaged. I accepted it only to avoid further delays.

Compensation offered was symbolic and the company refused any reasonable settlement.

I would not recommend this company to anyone who values their time.

Bought a tv cabinet. Have aren't 6 hrs trying to put it together and the doors with drawers won't shut. No matter what we do. We are used to putting together furniture in Poland and UK products and never experienced this. Nothing we do helps and they have told us no returns.

I would like to express my deep dissatisfaction with my purchase from this webstore. I received bedside tables that were not only damaged and scratched but also completely unworthy of their price. At this price point, I believe it is essential for you to check the condition of the products before shipping. The service is of very low quality, and the approach to the customer shows a lack of respect. I definitely do not recommend shopping at this store.

Worst customer care ever.
No follow up on issues:
-non delivery of packages (after having paid for it) 3 out of 5 delivered.
- no follow up on where the other packages can be
- non compliance on return or refund
- no follow up on our phone calls
- of the 3 packages delivered, the content of all 3 was damaged
- zero Empathy
- we need to call around to locate missing packages

Do not recommend, at all...
