Ladies and gentlemen if you are thinking about repairing your roof please I beg you stay away from this company. I swear to God this company, or should I say thieves, tried to scam/rob me in broad daylight. I had a quote of them to replace my roof tiles and we agreed for the works to go ahead the next day. They told me they would use their own scaffolding and skips and materials. However on the day of the job, two very young guys from this company came over, who by the way have very disgusting foul mouth, and climbed onto my roof, using my existing scaffolding and started ripping out my tiles and chucking them into my own skip which I had already in my garden for my home renovation, causing the tiles to break into pieces and scatter everywhere from my garden all the way out to the pavement and on to roads. They then started breaking my battens with their hammers and then they called me on my mobile and said that in order for them to replace my tiles on the roof I would have to replace the whole rafter on my roof because it is completely damaged. They then told me to transfer a large amount of money to their account so they can order the parts and start working on it straight away. They told me that I would also have to pay a substantial amount to replace the rafters. I then told them I would not transfer anything until I know exactly what is going on and what the situation is. At this point I knew something wasn’t right and I told them to stop what they were doing. I quickly phoned one of my close friend who was nearby, who knows quite a lot about roof materials and told him to quickly run to my property and see what these guys were up to. Once my friend got there he quickly climbed up the scaffolding and found that the two guys deliberately broke some battens, which was obvious because the break was so fresh. They were ordered to stop what they were doing and my mate pointed out the fact that all the battens and rafters are near enough in perfect condition and asked them why they broke the battens. They’re reply was that it was already broken. My friend then asked, why did they say the rafters were severely damaged and needed immediate replacement, to which they had no answer. My friend ordered them to get off the property at once. They then called me on my mobile and told me that I owe them 2 hours of work, I told them to wait and that I am on my way. When I got to the property I was gutted and very upset and angry for the devastation they had left me in, and guess what?, the guys were nowhere to be seen. My friend told me they left once they realised that they had been caught red handed trying to damage the structure of the roof and then trying to lie their way through to take a large deposit. Luckily I had a budget set aside to replace the roof tiles so financially it didn’t affect me that much.

I beg everyone that reads this, please I am not lying one bit, I swear to you, don’t use this company if you don’t want to get robbed. They will destroy your house and walk away with your money.
