Poor communication

In my experience Airbus/Satair have very poor communication that provides little useful information. They appear to only use auto generated replies using poorly Integrated AI to review and respond to incoming communication...

A321 Neo unacceptable noise levels.

I recently flew from Lanzarote to Manchester on an Airbus a321 neo, a plane that I believe was less than two months old. The carrier was Jet2.
I was sat in seat 19F (on the wing)
I have honestly never been subjected to such noise and vibration on a plane before.
The engine noise was deafening, to the point where passengers were complaining to the crew and asking to be moved. Fortunately I had a pair of noise cancelling earphones which helped a little. The noise did not abate until we started our decent in Uk airspace. Secondly, my seat and the cabin wall vibrated the whole journey.
I spoke with a crew member who said several people had complained about noise and vibration levels on other flights with this type of plane so I’m assuming this is not an isolated incident.
Airbus: Is this an isolated case or have other passengers informed you of similar issues?

Shocking for such a prestigious company

Terrible place to work at. No challenge, company progression depends on how well you warm up to the senior management. To make it worse they “expect” your engagement in all the woke stuff like pride week and dignity at work to show happy employees whereas in reality 99% of the senior management is white European.
Beware they advertise development opportunities but you will always be told it’s not going to happen due to cash containment etc… while you see those towing the HRs line get whatever they want
Disgrace…

Bad company to work for

British empire vibes, absolutely racist management. I was asked 'where I was from' and 'how did I even get here' (of all the employees, I was the only one of colour) while covering a colleague at their wing manufacturing plant by one of the process managers. A disgrace, gald it's shutting down due to corona those racist 'engineers' deserve every bit of it.
