Worse company to deal with

I am rating this low because the way they handled my situation about my delayed baggages. I am not getting any help at either online on phone or even at the airport where I went twice. It’s like I don’t even existed in front of them. This guy at the DFW airport just treated me like I am not in front of him. Till now I can’t even get a claim number

Took a few months and I was originally told I wasn’t eligible for compensation because the financial burden of my cancelled flight was too little, but I ended up being compensated to the fullest amount possible and I’m grateful I wasn’t just overlooked. The payment was processed quite quickly after giving my bank info too.
