Absolutely terrible experience.

Absolutely terrible experience.

I cannot express how deeply dissatisfied I am with this company.

I placed an order three weeks ago and have reached out multiple times simply to find out when it would ship. Despite my efforts, I have received no meaningful update.

To make matters worse, I have now received three separate emails informing me that items I purchased are suddenly “out of stock.” If you do not have sufficient inventory to fulfill orders, that should be accurately reflected on your website. Customers should not be allowed to purchase products that you do not actually have available.

Making a customer wait three weeks only to repeatedly cancel items from their order is completely unacceptable. The lack of communication, inventory management, and overall customer service has been extremely disappointing.

What is even more frustrating is that instead of providing a shipping date, an estimated timeline, or any meaningful communication regarding my order status, you simply canceled my entire order. After waiting three weeks and repeatedly following up for answers, that response is unacceptable.

At this point, I will never purchase from this company again. Offering discount codes, $10 credits, or 10% off future purchases does not address the underlying issue. A discount is meaningless when the company is unable to fulfill orders in the first place.

This experience has left me with no confidence in this business.

I normally love Alani’s however..

I normally love Alani’s I have one every so often just to give me a kick start to my mornings. So when I went to the store and got the blue slush flavor I thought it would be normal. I do not know what happened to my drink but when I opened it and tasted it there was this weird Christmasy after taste to my drink. I had some of my friends also try the drink and they said the same thing to me. I did not tell my friends how i felt about the drink before they tried it, however they did all have the same feeling that there was a weird after taste in the drink.
I normally love the alani flavors and have had the blue slush flavor before with no problems, but today I could not even finish the drink because the flavor was so off and bad.

Alani Energy Drink

This energy drink tastes amazing! The cotton candy and pink slush are my favorite. With 200mg of Caffeine it gets the job done. Im not sure what it is about this drink, but I do not get the jitters.

There is one downside. The quality of the cans. They are a thin soft feeling aluminum that is easily compromised.
I work with a package company in quality control, and I see cases of this brand of drink that have punctured cans, warped, bent, dented, and opened... On a regular basis. I recommend purchasing in person to avoid accidental breakage via shipping.

But overall a good tasting and effective beverage.

I purchased 2 of their whey protein…

I purchased 2 of their whey protein shakes but then realized they don't have anything about heavy metals being mentioned on their website. Decided to email them and they could not give me a clear answer on whether or not their protein shakes contained lead. I had purchased some other protein shake from a UK brand and their customer service was able to verify that their products are screened for heavy metals. Alani Nu would also not offer me a refund. Their items are falsely advertised as high quality and healthy
