Algeco are a complete waste of time. Just avoid using at all costs, customer service is non existent.
One of the containers on hire had a break in. It is a week and counting waiting for a repair. Been sending multiple emails and phone calls on a daily basis, still no resolve. Useless
Unfortunately much the same experience as the reviewer before me. Had used Mobile Mini in the past for events and they were generally great. Algeco on the other hand - competitive pricing but utterly useless once there's an issue. Non-responsive, poor internal communications, either unwilling or unable to aid with customer issues caused by Algeco themselves. A real shame.
This company don't give a monkeys about customer service. Used to be mobile mini. A good company. Bought out by algeco.
Big business that are rude, non response to issues and emails which do not solve problems. . A faceless horrible to deal with company.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
