Rang this company through checkatrade as my elderly mothers booster had developed a fault. They were coming on the Tuesday but had some spare time on the Monday so rang and asked if they could come then. This was great as my mum relies on her TV. They arrived punctually and were friendly and professional. They assessed the problem then kindly agreed to call me (her daughter) to discuss the options. They replaced the roof aerial, fitted a new kitchen aerial and negated the need for the dodgy booster. They worked for quite a while but the price was very competitive. Mum is over the moon. They set both of her TVs up as she is partially sighted and would have struggled to do it herself. 5 star service. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company, especially for the elderly or vulnerable. Gold star for service

Sorted my mams aerial then gave advice when I rang to ask about problems getting the TV on the next week. He advised to unplug the recorder box and try through the TV and that solved the problem. He also advised on buying a humax box replace the old one and now everything is working perfectly, thanks!

Father and son duo were fantastic. I rang them up, and being in the area, they drove straight over. Within an hour of phone call, tv aerial was all sorted. Very fast and top quality service at a reasonable price. Would definitely recommend.

My 85 year old mother was ripped off by £120 for supplying a power supply box and labour of 20 minutes. Hugely expensive when the power supply box can be bought on ebay for £20. So labour cost her £100 for 20 minutes work. I rang on her behalf to ask for a breakdown for "Re-connection" and he refused and shouted at me and got really aggressive and hung up. I rang back and he hung up. So no after sales service either. Won´t be using his services ever again and will not be recommending him.

Excellent- Came out quickly and very professional and friendly. Carried out a first class job and clearly are very skilled in their profession. Came across how important customer service meant to them as they checked that all appliances were working prior to finishing job. Highly recommended.
