A terrible experience

A terrible experience. One reason I went with the company was the 5 stars from Trustpilot they showed on their website. Strange as the reviews on the Trustpilot website are far from complimentary. I was sold a new conservatory roof from a salesman who didn’t even visit our house. They took a deposit. The surveyor came twice and then we were informed we would need to apply for building regs which wasn’t even mentioned by the salesman. From that point I had no contact from the company despite trying to contact them on numerous occasions. Finally today they asked if I wanted to go ahead without building regs or have our deposit back. We have no faith in this company so have asked for our deposit back. We hope they will reimburse us without delay.

Good customer service throughout

Good customer service throughout, everything happened exactly as they said it would. Friendly, polite installation guys (despite awful weather)! This actually was completed in a day, we are very impressed and would highly recommend.

From the start to finish

From the start to finish, poor communications. The professional flier stated many claims of how good this company is. "Was" would be more accurate. There was no telescopic dustbin chute to transfer removed slates, etc., to ground level. It was thrown. This caused damage to my property. I am still picking up debris two months later. When it rains now, the guttering outlet elbows all leak and one gutter overflows. I have reported this many times but no response. The men that did the work were grafters and took many photos to send to "management." On completion I was to get a pictorial record of what has been done. Not happened. I would expect any company to supply all of its own tools and not use any of a customer. Did not occur and they did. The job started as a fascia and guttering replacement. It ended up with a near total re roof and a massive cost. In hindsight I should have got more quotes instead of relying on details on the letterbox leaflet. I did check with Company House and the VAT registry to see if the business was kosher. As for the 25 year guarantee?? As I am not a roofer I cannot comment on the standard of workmanship. Apart from the guttering we do not seem to have any leaks visible indoors.

Unreliable and Poor Quality Workmanship

Don’t be fooled by their professional and glossy website. This company is totally unreliable and did not complete the work to an acceptable standard.

Commissioned to do work in October 2024 they took a deposit. However it took them until February 2025 to undertake the work but only after many exchanges and false starts

Unfortunately the work undertaken was both shoddy and of a poor standard. They also quoted for work they did not complete.

The next morning after it had rained our two cars were covered in a sandy limestone deposit, as was our lower porch roof and one of our upstairs windows.

Our guttering also contained solid mortar deposit which was confirmed by our window cleaner.

I contacted All Seasons Roofing Contractors Ltd and sent them pictures to illustrate the above but didn’t hear back from them.

So eventually advised them I was going to engage a new roofing company at an additional cost to rectify their substandard work.

I have reported them to Trust A Trader who are dealing with my complaint.

I certainly would not engage them again and would definitely not recommend them to anyone

Had dry verge done by this company but…

Had dry verge done by this company but just over 2 months later a piece of verge was just hanging off and a cracked tile was smashed on my patio.Tried several times to get them out to repair but they either ignore your messages or fob you off.In the end I have had to call out another roofer to fix and they found several cracked tiles,a gap between tiles ,a damaged ridge and several pieces of the dry ridge not fitted properly.
Would never recommend this company to anyone.

Terrible Company

They do not honour the 10 year guarantee and they will not return your calls if you leave a message. The dry verge they supposedly fixed on my roof constantly becomes loose. After 3 months of leaving messages I finally got to speak to Wayne who sent someone out. They did not fix the problem properly. I have left messages and rung every day but they do not return or answer my calls.
Do not waste your money on this company.
