Probably should have read these reviews before playing on here. The site navigation is decent, but I couldn’t tell you what the withdrawal process is like as I’ve never won a big enough bonus to withdraw (and I’m talking £20+).

Don’t expect to win when gambling but I expect at least a good run for my money. Here, £10 will disappear in as little as 2 mins on 10p spins. It’s slightly ridiculous.

I may end up having a change of luck and changing my rating, but I can only score based on what I’ve experienced.

As for the sportsbook section, the odds they offer are quite poor but again, it’s quite easy to navigate.

Overall, a poor experience so far. I wouldn’t recommend, unfortunately.

Update: Been playing a couple more weeks and had some bigger bonuses and the withdrawal process is almost always quick and painless. More losses than wins, of course. But it’s a decent site that could definitely be better and less predictable. Customer service has been great!

I deposited the £10 for the free spins welcome offer, didn’t see the offer referenced on my account anywhere after, so asked about it on the chat and was told I wasn’t eligible due to a decision from higher up and that’s apparently across other sites owned by this group too?

This was never communicated to me anywhere didn’t get an email saying this etc. I could have wagered this and then wouldn’t have even able to get the bonus.

That was a bit weird, however I’ve really enjoyed reading these trustpilot replies so I’ll give 5 stars. Got to admit though this experience wasn’t great lol. I am absolutely rinsing all the welcome offers I can though.

Don’t bother, go elsewhere

I deposited £100 to have a bet on a Newton Abbot horse race. This All British company do not offer odds on British racing, suppose i should have checked first. Anyway i tried to withdraw my money only to be told there would be a 5% charge for not playing/using the deposit. After complaint i was informed it was in their terms and conditions. Caveat emptor or buyer beware is my advice. Very disappointing.
