Poor Sales Practices
I was told by a salesman that many of the product features i wanted were available. upon using the product i found out that those features were unavailable. After working with a account manager and calling in to get help from the support and training team multiple times i have come to the conclusion that it will cost more to use this system that it saves in cost . Because i cannot use the features i asked about i requested a cancellation. The account manager refused and said there was nothing he could do even though he admitted previously that the salesman lied.
