Great service and support by Kevin and the team at Allied Surveyors providing a thorough and detailed survey within a short lead time. Would certain use again.

We used Allied for a property valuation in the East Lothian area. Simon was very professional and friendly with the report being submitted promptly. The whole process was straightforward and we will use this company again.

Mark was top class and available to answer any questions I had. Could not recommend them highly enough and will definitely use them again in the future.

We instructed Allied to produce a Home Report for our property on the north of the Isle of Skye. They were able to fit in around our timescales and found a convenient date to attend quickly.

The Surveyor, Graham, was very helpful and considerate in his approach, taking into account every aspect of the work we'd done to the property over the years. The report he produced is very detailed and considers all aspects of the building fabric and services. He also took the time to review plans and details from previous renovation work to reflect those in the report, ensuring that it was as accurate as possible.

Overall, I am very happy that we chose Allied Surveyors for this work and I would highly recommend them.

Excellent service from Stephen from Allied Surveyors for our Home Report. Stephen arrived promptly and was very professional, taking the time to explain the process and how the 1-3 condition categories work. The final report was comprehensive, clearly highlighting maintenance areas without being overly alarmist. We received the draft within 1 day, and the final version was ready for our estate agent shortly at the same time. Highly recommend for any seller in the Central Belt!

I had a choice of a couple of surveyors and went with Allied Surveyors, Inverness. On booking a home report survey, I only had to wait a day or two before they cameout which was great. Keith got in touch and from then on in, he kept in touch. Even on the day of the survey, he had been held up slighly and he called to say he would be slightly later. He was polite and so professional and extremely easy to talk too. He carried out the survey with absolutely no issues at all. The draft survey was issued a dy or two later and there was one small issue that I raised. I emailed Keith and he called back and the issue was resolved almsot immediately. It was a real pleasure dealing with Allied Surveyors and Keith. Many tanks

I have been very impressed with the excellent service I received from the Residential department of the Edinburgh branch of Allied Surveyors Scotland.
The office staff were most responsive to my request for a valuation to be undertaken at short notice and made all the arrangements for timely access.
The surveyor, Arran Leask, prepared a very comprehensive report and, as this was the first time that I had requested such a report, took time to talk me through it and to answer any questions I had.
On this basis, I can fully recommend him and his associates.

Do not trust any thing provided within a home report provided by this firm when purchasing a property. The report was inaccurate in its entirety.

There are far too many critical errors in the report to detail on this review. The report is not worth the paper it is written on.
They have cost us thousands.

If you see a fault when viewing - walk away. Do not trust a thing this company say. If a qualified surveyor cannot distinguish between catastrophic faults and minor faults, then clearly their documentation is worthless.

Do not bother appealing to them. There is no point. Go straight to Court.
