Balkongbygget startade våren 2022 och är ännu ej slutfört.

Företaget har efter ett år, maj 2023, ännu inte fått upp de balkonger som skulle vara klara till slutet av förra sommaren. Hela gården har varit blockerad under mer än ett år. Utan någon som helst förvarning placerades byggkranen så att den blockerade ingångarna till våra förråd hela sommaren med påföljd att man inte kunde komma åt viktiga föremål som förvarades där.
Enligt kontraktet ska de återställa golv och väggar inne i lägenheten som påverkats bygget. Detta är inte helt klart trots mängder av påminnelser.
