Had an amazing experience with my family & friends, great food, service & ambience. Try the chilli cheese Nan with a lamb curry. Will definitely be back again & highly recommend.

The Amani Restaurant in Fir Tree Road
The Amani Restaurant in Fir Tree Road, Burgh Heath, Surrey is a real hidden gem. We 'popped' in whilst travelling home on August Bank Holiday Monday and were a bit disconcerted that we were the ONLY diners in the restaurant (always worrying), but WOW, what a great dining experience. I had tempura prawns to start, and that whetted my appetite. I decided on the King Prawn Goan curry for my main and was blown away by the flavours and quality of the food. Gorgeous, fragrant sauce, high quality prawns, light Naan bread, gorgeous flavoursome onion bhajis, fluffy rice - everything was amazing.
The decor is incredibly smart and sophisticated, and the service was very good, albeit it a little bit over-zealous with the removal of plates before all the diners had finished eating. Overall, surprisingly fab. and I can't wait to go again.
