Very Smooth Return Procee
Very good experience shopping first time Ambience Flooring online. Everything is clear and smooth. We over-bought some rolls of underlay and other stuff, return (in original packaging) was such a smooth process and refund was paid to our bank the following day when parcel reached them.

The person I spoke to ordered my product. I was phoned as promised when the product was ready for collection. I saved money ordering direct and when I collected the member of staff carried the heavy items to my car and placed in my boot. Fantastically efficient and professional service.
