poor customer service
Don’t shop here - Poor customer service – left strimmer for repair – had to phone after 10 days to chase up – was told strimmer unrepairable – told was cheap Chinese – (it wasn’t either) – went to collect – returned in dismantled pieces in a box – he asked for £9 for looking at it – this was never mentioned when I left it – I refused to pay the £9 as this was never agreed or mentioned beforehand – he was well upset and simply wanted to start an argument – it was uncanny. I would have happily paid if he had repaired it or perhaps had a better manner about him. I had previously purchased a Husky chainsaw and a leaf blower from his company and before his bad customer service was seriously considering perhaps a new strimmer. It really was strange. This was their Keswick store - They have a shop in Ambleside also.
