It is nearly impossible to login to…

It is nearly impossible to login to this site. It takes numerous efforts and once I am logged in, and then follow an e-mail link for equipment review I am asked to login again. But I am already logged in with my name or initials showing up in the top right corner.
Infuriating, frustrating and ridiculous.

Never had this problem in the past, years ago. Nor do I have any problems logging in to dozens of websites that I use every day.

The help section of ATK just says all the things that make sense, but does not solve the problem. After my subscription expires I will definitely not renew, nor am I likely to subscribe again. I already complained to them and got a useless reply which helped nothing.

I'm using the latest version of Firefox on Windows 10, and as I already said, I have zero problems logging in to any other web pages. There is no problem with my computer or software. I'm in the computer business so I now what I'm doing.

I like ATK otherwise, and often watch them on TV and have subscribed and enjoyed the experience in the past, but now that is past history.

Response to defective ANOVA product purchased from them…

After buying an ANOVA vacuum sealer and the product was defective I tried to get a warranty replacement from ANOVA who refused because they said ATK wasn't an approved reseller of their products. I call ATK and they are shipping me a replacement product at no cost. They were stunned when I told them about ANOVA warranty policy.

Four stars

A great customer service experience. The website wasn't for me and I asked to cancel it a day late and was still given a refund.

Deducting a star because the section of the website for managing your account needs a lot of work. It doesn't tell you dates for when the month started or when the next month will renew, and you have to email them to cancel instead of clicking a button.

Chaos, Broken Promises and Damaged Goods.

They offer wonderful products in their online store but their fulfillment company is a nightmare of ineptness and chaos. I submitted two orders around the holiday season and one never showed up -- I was later told it was marked out of circulation during shipping. The other order came horribly damaged. I ordered 5 books and they were put all together in a flimsy box without adequate cushioning. The books were all damaged. All 5 had horribly dented corners and all 3 hardback books had ripped covers due to the poor packaging.

They promised to re-send, and did. Same problem. The books arrived torn and dented. Customer service is 50/50 gamble as to whether you get someone nice and competent or whether you get someone nasty. So, now, after nearly 2 months since I placed my orders and 5 phone calls to their customer service line, I still have NOTHING in hand that is usable and not damaged. They promised to re-send the books that got lost in transit and never did.

They acknowledged that their shipper is a major issue and that I'm not the first customer to have missing shipments and damaged books. Why the hell aren't they fixing this if it's a known issue? They should know if they're shipping books on a regular basis to use double walled cardboard boxes, not single walled cardboard. Then, to make it worse, their flimsy boxes don't completely seal when the tops are folded. There are big open holes at all 4 corners.

I will now have to call yet again to get them to follow through with their promises, all of which they've broken. I expect much better when dealing with a company affiliated with PBS.

This company is ridiculous

This company is ridiculous. You pay a ton of money for them just to sell you cookbooks. There is no useful information on this site that you cannot get simply by googling what you are looking for. For example, recipes, cooking time, kitchen gadget reviews. So now that I canceled my membership on May 30, 2021($49.95 that was auto-renewed) I now have to make my second phone call, after my initial email, to ask them AGAIN to credit my account. Horrible customer service besides.
