I opened this account and it was giving high interest. Then when I wanted to move funds, I needed to revalidate which I did follow showing all forms of ID. Now I cannot even login. I am retired US Army. I am wondering those that say it works are affiliated with AnchorUSD. I just want my money back.

Any issue I've contacted support about has been dealt with inside of 24 hours.

I had trouble getting my account approved because I haven't used it in a long time. Support was very helpful in helping get my account approve again.

I don't use my Anchor app as much as I should so I've locked out a few times. The support as always been very helpful in getting everything back on track and working properly. The only thing I'd like to see is a small reminder say ever 4 to 6 months of no activity to say "Hey have you checked your account lately"? I think that would be helpful to people like me when life gets in the way and things go out the window.

Anchor uses false advertising and description of their service / features to drive customer signups and acquisition of your data.

For example, the App Store listing for Anchor describes a feature to add funds instantly to your Anchor account using a linked debit card. A screenshot of the feature is also shown and advertised.

Guess what? This screenshot is fabricated and Anchor does not have this feature. This is just one of many features that Anchor advertises, but in reality, does not exist.

Stay away from this scummy organization that is trying to lure you in with fake features.

Anchor’s customer service team replied to my email much quicker than I expected. There was a text verification issue that they informed me they were working on it. I was able to log in with no issues the next day and a few days later they reached back out to make sure I was able to log in to my account. I definitely didn’t expect a follow up but was pleased to see that they prioritize taking care of their customers.

We've been trying to withdraw our funds for 8 months. Every time they ask for additional photos of us with our ID's to prove it's our account. They also ask for a notorized letter allowing ourselves to withdraw our funds, but I reply saying that I need an address and an addressee for the letter. Since this company refuses to give me a contact name or address, I assume this company is a total scam. My state's attorney's office referred me to the state dept of banking to begin their invesigation.

Transfers are quick. Support has really improved themselves from the previous anchor app.

Do not join their teams.. is bullshttt they do not help you out at all!!!! They will lock your account and make sure they keep you out!!!
