Bad service …

I order from shop 3 days ago still nothing in house no email contact with cliënt service via telefoon is not possible. Still dont know where my order is.
Shame and bad service.
Order again? For sure NO.

Seriously damaged plant

Unfortunately one of the products I recieved is very damaged and not usable. I ordered an XL plant but was basicly left with a pot and some crushed leaves. The way how the product was packed it did not have enough protection from damaging. Plus it was send with a heavy product in the same box as well. What most likely also damaged the plant.
