Over 100 Days — 51,078 USDT Still Stuck in “On-Chain Processing”
I am posting this review based on my own experience with Antarctic Exchange.
I deposited funds, transferred them to the Trading Account, and traded cryptocurrency perpetual futures on the platform.
On May 18 and May 22, 2026, I requested three transfers from my Trading Account back to my Funding Account:
12,000 USDT
5,000 USDT
34,078.63071 USDT
Total: 51,078.63071 USDT
More than 100 days later, all three transfers are still unresolved and Antarctic continues to display them as “On-Chain Processing.”
I contacted Antarctic support repeatedly for months. I asked not only for completion, but also whether they could manually process the transfers, cancel the pending requests, or provide another withdrawal path. I explicitly told support that I was not asking for an ETA — I simply wanted a clear technical decision.
I still have not received a substantive resolution.
I also investigated Antarctic’s Arbitrum settlement contract using reproducible blockchain data.
For my user, I found zero normal Trading-to-Funding settlement events from May 18 through September 7.
During roughly the same period, however, the same Antarctic contract continued processing other users. From May 23 through September 7, I identified 1,231 settlement events across 555 transactions for other users.
The investigation also found that Antarctic’s settlement operators initially did not have enough USDT to process my requests immediately. However, sufficient liquidity later became available repeatedly for the 5,000 and 12,000 USDT requests, and other users were settled during those periods. My requests remained unresolved.
I have preserved the account records, support conversations, blockchain data, RPC search results, and reproduction scripts.
I have now submitted the documented case and technical evidence to CoinMarketCap, CoinGecko, and the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) for independent review.
I am not claiming here that I know why Antarctic has not returned the funds. I cannot determine from public evidence whether this is caused by an internal hold, risk-control process, liquidity management, queue failure, or something else.
What I can state is that 51,078.63071 USDT has remained inaccessible for more than 100 days, the transfers are still shown as “On-Chain Processing,” and Antarctic has not provided me with a concrete resolution.
I will update this review if Antarctic returns the funds or provides a substantive explanation.
