Those guys are a joke
Those guys are a joke! They only want to sell their products which costs a lot of money but they do not want to give you support. I opened a ticket more than a week ago and they haven't replied to me yet! Stay away from them and spend your money at somewhere else rather than wasting it all

I Purchased a Fingerprint (punch-time ) machine from this company over a $1000 usd , and paid more than $200 usd for after sale support which in many cases the after sale support is include with your purchase .
Unfortunately my Time machine is not working and I called the customer Service more than 47 times ! and send them more than 10 email , but with no success .
Do yourself a favor and buy your product elsewhere .
