Useless
My son’s online class shows completed but he is receiving a zero. I am being told he is missing assignments but could not be sent an email on what is missing. Although, when I spoke to another person, they could email what was missing. Every item on his dashboard says complete and we cannot reopen the assignments. Now being told to go to the teacher to submit homework problems. What problems? We cannot open items that have been labeled complete. I have bought this course twice plus an extension. Total scam

We have requested to cancel the course and refund but Apex is ignore my emails and phone calls.

Terrible non existent customer service
I actually can’t believe you’re asking me for a review. We signed up for semester one and two of AP Stats and have had 10 emails and trying to connect via phone with ZERO help! Semester one is not showing in the course for my son to even start it. Phone customer service never answered - email has completed ghosted us after telling us that semester 2 is available obviously not understanding semester one is needed.

It’s taking forever to process a refund on a previous order, which I was supposed to use to effect this payment. Despite that I started this process a month ago. Quite disappointing !

My grandson is in the process of retaking his 1st semester of 12th grade ELA. He has completed two units. We both live the fact that he was able to test out of some of the work. Just because he didn't pass a class does not mean that he doesn't know his stuff.
