While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Scammers

Scammers - do not buy from this site. More than 1 month since my order was placed, items not dispatched, no tracking provided and company responded to my first email saying it was 7-14 working days before dispatch. Clearly just buying their time to scam you......as now all other emails go unresponded. Reported to ACCC.

Do not use this online furniture firm.

Do not use this online furniture firm.
I ordered a rug in early April and paid over $1000 .
I then got tired of waiting and cancelled that order in early May and reordered another rug , which was cheaper.
April and Oak would only give me a credit for the price difference.
I still haven’t received the order ,
April and Oak do not acknowledge my phone calls or emails , is this illegal?

Great Product, lovely and stylish

Bought a boho style desk but use it as an entrance table and also a matching mirror. Its beautiful and Im really pleased with it. Shipping took a bit longer than anticipated, but to be expected with Covid delays as it was stuck in depot not their warehouse.
I will be back again, another online store to rely on.
