We have had Aptive for about a year…
We have had Aptive for about a year now, we have had good technicians come and do everything like they’re supposed to and do a great job, others who didn’t bother doing half of the stuff they were supposed to. I hate the scheduling. I get notified 30 mins of them showing up at my door out of nowhere, other times they schedule you but they don't show up at all and don’t bother to call. Them not calling or showing up has happened a couple of times just this past month and then I was rescheduled for two days later, got the text to confirm. The next day I get another text saying they’re rescheduling again. I don’t know what is going on but i haven’t been very happy with them. Also, you’re paying every month, but they only come 6 months out of the year. The products work, but the people who take care of appointments don’t.

The technician has gone to the wrong address for my service. After talking with Aptive pest control several times they still failed to come to the correct address on the scheduled date. I have given them several chances to redeem themselves, and I am very disappointed in their service. Looking for a new pest control service.

The photos that were published after…
The photos that were published after the most recent visit included photos of someone, him, supposedly using a pole brush to clean under the roof areas. Those were inaccurate. Obviously just reposted from last summer. There are items that are in places that were not depicted in those photos. Other than that false report he did a fine job.
