We have had a great experience with the technicians at Aptive. Today, Benji sent a morning text with a time frame to expect him. He arrived and completed service within that time frame. He took the extra time to explain what he was doing especially while considering our dog. Once complete he sent the follow up text with photos of the areas that were treated.

Darius from aptive came in ready to get rid of our pest problems. He had all the needed supplies to get the job done inside and outside of our home. Eileen is wonderful
Eileen is wonderful, she has been to my house several times and she knows already what my needs are. She takes care of my spiders and their webs and those pesty ants. She does a great job, I don't see any webs or ants for a long time after she sprays.

HORRIBLE company
The technician did not come when they were scheduled, and then when a new technician came they said they couldn't do a "full service" despite what their company had said. Called boss to confirm and they also said no. After technician argued about what services were promised he was told that I no longer felt comfortable having him come to my house to which he laughed. The technician then proceeded to call next technician that was scheduled to come by after I had rescheduled with their call department to tell him. I was told that despite being scheduled he wouldn't show up because he was "too far" and "traffic on Fridays" etc. by the branch manager. I was hung up on by the branch manager because I asked him if they weren't going to provide me a full service as promised how were they going to make sure I was compensated for paying for a service I didn't receive. He begrudgingly said he could give me a 25$ credit to which I replied "perfect, thank you". I was then hung up on. WORST SERVICE besides that. Did not do a full spray and bugs never went away.
