Crappy dishonest company
A young man came to my door last spring and disregarded my sign for no solicitation. He apologized but then laid out a pest control plan for spiders. I actually bought it for $87/mos. A couple weeks later my neighbor came to me complaining that “MY BUG GUY” was using my name, pointing out my home to tell them that I contracted with them and continued to hard sell to them as well as my other neighbors. I immediately emailed them, told them how upset I was that they were using this tactic and wanted my contract cancelled. I considered it finished only to find out that they disregarded my request and that they continued billing me.
I called them. I got passes to 3 different people- repeating myself all three times to be told them that there was $180. Cancellation fee. The two extra billing cycles I was billed after emailing them should have covered that right? No. They say that’s not the case. They are a crappy, dishonest company. Don’t use them.

It was my first time meeting Dillon and he introduced himself right away in a very professional but friendly manner. I let him know of a concern I had with hornets, and he addressed it right away. Not only did he address my concern he gave me knowledge of the hornets and also hung a trap. would recommend Dillon to any of my friend or family for services.

We've used Aptive for a few years now and have zero complaints. They are great about promptly coming out to resolve any issues that pop up, like sugar ants or rodents in our case. And their price seems to be compatible with similar services that have tried to obtain our business. I would definitely recommend their service for your post control.

The technician was very courteous and professional.
The technician notified me while enroute, once onsite walked with me as I showed him my concerns, took care of the areas that I requested him to, explained the treatment that he'd be performing and sent via SMS photos of the work once he had completed the treatment.
