Review summary

Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Evaluating 34 reviews, most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Customers frequently complain that the supplement does not work as advertised and completely fail to deliver any meaningful weight loss results after months of usage. People also struggle significantly with the complicated refund policy, repeatedly stating that getting their hard-earned money back is nearly impossible. However, some customers also noted that the actual ingredients listed on the physical product differ significantly from what is shown in the promotional videos. Others mentioned that attempting to process returns or requesting refunds often leads to frustrating communication hurdles and pressure to buy alternative items.

I purchased a 6 month supply of Aqua…

I purchased a 6 month supply of Aqua Sculpt capsules. After 45 days I have not loss the weight as they advertised. Also the video that I watched did not inform me that a weight loss coach would be assigned to you. I received a call from this man, he stated for the weight loss coaching it would cost me $1,200.00 for 6 weeks of coaching. He said the lowest payment he could offer me would be $900.00 for the 6 weeks of coaching. They advertised 100% of return funds guaranteed. I have tried to contact them without sucess.

Is there a lower rating than 1

Is there a lower rating than 1? Just another scam to prey on people's emotions and desire to lose weight fast magically. Returns are basically impossible....called customer service 8 days after ordering after my wife got sick using the product, spent 30 minutes going back and forth arguing that she did not want to give it a longer try to see if things change (continue to get sick while hoping things change?). I kept insisting on a full refund, he gave in and offered 30% if I took the deal right now and I could keep the unused pills to see if they worked. I said no, I want to return the bottles for a full refund so he upped the offer to 50% and said "I recommend you take this offer to avoid the hassle of returning the bottles, it is best for you." Buyer beware!!

Stop sending out product that wasn't…

Stop sending out product that wasn't ordered. Stop refusing to credit my account. I have no other option but to notify my bank and they in turn will notify the Fraud Department as they will handle this.
You should be ashamed of yourself.

Beware!

Sorry to say l am another person scammed by Aquasculpt. My wife has not lost any weight but put some on, l requested a refund thinking that 60 days meant 60 days from when you received the product not from ordering, it took 7 days to get to the UK, how can a 60 day trial last 53 days? After reading all the reviews l feel betrayed, please do not order anything from this company it will end up costing you money.

I'm really leaning towards the verdict that this is a scam.

Just trying to contact customer service is very challenging. So far, even with talking with their customer service rep, I have been unable to stop the automatic shipments....that I never signed up for...so watch out. Ordering with Aqua Sculpt means getting regular shipments whether you want them or not.....even with products you never ordered in the first place!

They seemed to have changed their name…

They seemed to have changed their name to AquaFit. Terrible as they make you sit 1 hour for a stupid soap opera video. If a video last more than 10 minutes that's because they have to put you asleep to sell you something. Thanks for the reviews, I did not buy the product.

Similar to other reviewers

Similar to other reviewers, the product produced ZERO results in 6-weeks using as directed.

I also argued the 100% stated guarantee if NOT satisified, and was refunded only only unused bottles. To anyone reading reviews, do not waste your time or money on this SCAM.

Unethical Company

I bought 3 bottles on 10/23/25. I got an email with a tracking number that says, "waiting for item to arrive" This email has been sitting on my inbox for weeks because the items were never received. I then called the company & asked for a refund since it was taking a long time & I had a feeling that it was a scam. The operator ignored my request & kept insisting on sending the product until I just hanged up because it was useless at that point. Thankfully I used my Paypal credit card for the transaction & I was able to get a refund. Until on 12/2/25 Aquasculpt charged my card again!

No Satisfaction Guarantee

I bought the product under the assertion that it is 100% Risk-Free Guarantee (their website even says that). I contacted AquaSculpt via email and was advised to continue taking the product. After a few weeks I still have not noticed any benefits, so I contacted AquaSculpt to arrange for a refund. Then, I was advised that the return for refund is only good for 60 days and I have 7 days to return. Furthermore, I was told that due to snowing, my shipment maybe delayed and I will not receive the refund. Also, I can get my money back ONLY for unopened bottles. In the end, I was hustled to accept 50% refund without me returning the product. I would strongly suggest to think twice before ordering from this firm.

None of the stated ingredients!

I was excited to hear of this product so looked into it a bit more, thank you for your honesty through these reviews. The video mentions the capsule contains a mix of lipoicin, banaba leaf extract, berberine, aerial extract and resveratrol. Looking at a pic of the ingredients of the capsule; I can’t see any of these ingredients listed. It does say apple cider vinegar powder but no mention of that on the video… I’m now very wary and will not be buying. I might try the ice water on its own instead with a dash of pink salt, apple cider vinegar and lemon juice. All staples in my cupboard.
