This is a scam company who’s only job is to steal as much money from you as possible and when you caught them they will call and treating you and your family.
Don’t do any business with them.

You only get attention when they need your money
You only get attention when they need your money, but when it comes to returning deposits and moving out, you will get the bare minimum.
I have had to call, go to their office, text to try and get my deposit back after 2 months of moving out even though I was told during the final inspection that everything is fine.
Agency fee does not mean you get any service or protection from scams.

Be careful! They made me pay 650 euros in cash to get the first option on an apartment in Barcelona. Eventually they decided to give the apartment to antother renter instead and they never refunded me the amount. I tried everything but could never get the money back
