No email confirmation, contact number or response

No email confirmation. Order placed on 19 Feb, money taken on 20 Feb, sent 2 emails to customer service and 2 text messages and no response. No number or chat service available for support. The shipping cost is actually higher than usual at £5. Its not a great first time experience for me unfortunately. I wont be using them again.

Update: so finally CS replied to my email saying they are having technical issues at their warehouse and havent shipped my item. My Royal Mail tracking says AC has shipped my item and they are expecting it. The information is very inconsistent.

A further update: Chased them and asked for a refund based on their policy Full Refund for Shipments within the UK if the deliver exceeds 20 days. They exceed this time frame and it seems only prompted them to send the item when I asked for a refund. I asked for a refund of the postage of £5 at least but they just ignored me. Also their response below seems autogenerated and does not align with my experience. I truly wont be using them again.

Happy once again, 2nd time using aroma concepts

The delivery did take a few days so take notice of that, but as always delivery was made and my parcel was packaged well.
I bought paris corner emir collection Rifaaqat, it is a YSL babycat clone, 2nd time buying because it is so good, a winter warmer that I enjoy wearing. Thank you aromaconcepts.co.uk.

Amazing deal - worth it

I took advantage of the 40% off deal. I was so happy to get several new releases with this level of discount. The dispatch was fast and the packing was good. No issues at all. I'm looking forward to placing another order during the next promotion.

So i ordered 6 perfumes in a sale

So i ordered 6 perfumes in a sale. I havent opened the perfumes yet but they all seem to be the right boxes. I orrdered it on the 17th very late and i got it on the 19th this morning so super quick delivery. I got emails updating me of the progress

Second Thought

I was just about to place an order when I couldn’t get any further without ticking the box agreeing to all T& C. I clicked on the link to show them, mmmm the link is broken, numerous times this happened! So decided to read the reviews, thanks everyone, will be giving it a miss!

This company is a scam be careful…

This company is a scam be careful guys!!
I had ordered 2 perfumes in jan, they took more than two weeks to deliver and when I received the parcel it only had one perfume. I tried getting in touch with them but no help. AVOID THIS COMPANY THEY ARE SCAMMING PEOPLE❗️❗️❗️❗️

Was sent a wrong perfume I ordered…

Updating this review it's took nearly 3 weeks with back and forth of emails, customer service isn't great there's a massive delay in response can be days or weeks but at some point somebody will reply, I ordered a perfume but was sent the wrong one and its taken 3 weeks to fix the issue, my perfume today finally came but after all that I didn't really enjoy it, just looked at the bottle and realised I will never shop with this company again. I'm not going through all that again, it was long and no thanks, I'm very perticualr when purchasing online and one wrong move and I won't purchase again, this company is not for me

When i made my first order from them…

When i made my first order from them everything was perfect. I made a second order on january 6th and it has not been shipped yet. I send 3 emails to customer service, commented on their tiktok page to ask them to respond to me( the comment was deleted) and i send them a message on instagram. Noone has answered me. It's been over 3 weeks and no update. I love the fragrances they offer but this is not okey. If i don't get a response soon i'm contacting my bank to file a claim to get my money back. Very dissapointed since they sell great fragrances that i would love to have in my collection.

I recently had a positive experience…

I recently had a positive experience with Aroma Concept UK, despite my initial concerns due to the numerous negative reviews. I live in London and decided to take a chance by ordering from them. I placed an order for two perfumes—Emir Ultra Citrus and Soothing Zephyr—on Tuesday at 10 AM, as the website mentioned that orders placed before 12 PM have a higher chance of being processed quickly.

After placing my order, I received an email confirmation, but there were no updates after that. On Wednesday, my order was dispatched via DPD, which I found reassuring, and by Thursday, I received my package. The products are genuine, well-packed with fragile stickers and thermocol buttons, which I appreciated.

However, contacting Aroma Concept is nearly impossible. They have no functional phone number, and attempts to reach them via email, Facebook, or Instagram go unanswered. The Google Maps address listed for their business shows as permanently closed. If you wish to cancel an order or need assistance, you might find yourself without any support.

While I am happy with my purchase, I would only recommend buying from Aroma Concept if you are absolutely sure about the product you want, as their lack of customer support is a significant drawback. I urge them to update their contact details and improve their customer service.

This is another positive experience

This is another positive experience. I placed my second order. It was delivered within 4 days as they use DPD. However, Mysterious Tobacco was missing from my order. I emailed them and they sent it without costing me any delivery charges. I am really happy with their speed of delivery and commitment for customer satisfaction. I hope this review will change customer's mind set about aromaconcepts.

Avoid- Thieves and scammers.

They are simply Amazing

I’ve made 2 separate purchases with them and I am extremely happy with service. One of the perfumes was faulty, I contacted customer service and they replaced it for me. Shipping was super fast and All the products were well packed. Can’t recommend them enough. Thank you Aroma Concepts 💗

Not even worth the one star I wish I could put -20 no response from them at all! They are thieves do not waste your hard earned money on these charlatans. Please don’t spend a penny with them!!

Avoid this company,item not sent

Avoid this company,item missing in parcel emailed straight away to inform them but nothing in return, emailed again , still nothing. Raised a dispute via PayPal waiting to hear outcome. Save yourself the stress buy from anywhere but here.
