Extremely disappointed
Extremely disappointed. They guaranteed sales of properties within 3 to 5 years. I literally have a screenshot from their website. They then updated their terms and conditions after receiving that. This is the most underperforming investment I have ever allocated funds to! And now, the only way to get out of underperforming properties is to sell them at margins that are ridiculously low from original positions. I do not recommend that anybody engage with them until they clean up their act and start producing more than nominal dividend yields. I think this is the first time I've ever left a negative review on trust pilot, but I can't resist because of my utter discouragement.

Why Arrived as an Investment?
Good communication. I wanted to diversify into real estate via crowdfunding. Arrived had the best vehicle for me to begin. Company is transparent and do what they say they are going to do. The platform offers different options for investment. Only request is for business to include option for multifamily and commercial real estate opportunities.

Liquidity options depend on the type of investment held. Fund investors may request redemption subject to the applicable fund terms and available liquidity. Investors in individual properties may list eligible shares for sale on the Arrived Secondary Market during active trading windows. The Secondary Market is peer-to-peer, so prices are set by market participants and sales depend on buyer demand.
