Assembling my wedding album was a bit overwhelming, it actually took me 4 years to get around to it! Once I got started I worked with Leah Delaney via Artifact Uprising design services and she was inc... See more

A very user friendly experience from…
A very user friendly experience from inquiry through completion. Our designer, Maria, was accessible, friendly, fast, and really seemed to care about the integrity of our project.

Curation and design services were great and efficient! Would use again!
I had a great experience working with Leah De Laney
I had such a great experience working with Artifact Uprising on my wedding book. From start to finish, everything felt easy, thoughtful, and genuinely collaborative.
I worked directly with Leah De Laney through their Design Services team, and she was amazing, super responsive, patient with all my edits and questions, and really thoughtful about bringing the whole story together. She totally got the vision and helped turn a huge pile of meaningful photos into something cohesive and beautiful.
The final book is beautiful and the quality is stunning.
If you’re thinking about doing a wedding album (or any special photo book), I can’t recommend Artifact Uprising enough, especially their design services. Totally worth it.
Fantastic Experience
Artifact Uprising Design Services for a wedding album were fantastic. My designer was Katharine. She delivered an awesome first draft and was thoughtful and highly responsive when making edits before we finalized. Would highly recommend the service.
Designers were lovely
Designers were lovely to work with and did a nice job. Web site is a little glitchy and could be tightened/more intuitive given your whole service is on there. Happy overall.
Customs Fees\ FedEx delivery
I purchased a Baby timeline book on line and It was very nice and exactly what i expected, but then a few days later I received a bill from FedEx for $20.29 for customs fees. Delivery to Canada.
As the book was already one of the more expensive books on line this unexpected fee pushed the cost higher than the benefit.
I wish I had known.
Great experience
Maria was great to work with (even when I went dark for about a year on accident!) and the interface to review the photo album and make edits was super easy to use!
Amazing work!
Tegan did such an amazing job! Creating a wedding album seemed so overwhelming, a daunting task to make sure the story was told of our day through pictures but Tegan made sure our vision came to life! Highly recommend for any album, will definitely come back for more!
Artifact Uprising Saved My New Year
Imagine you spent forever on your New Years card only to get the prints in the mail and realize you wished everyone a "Hapy" New Year instead of a "Happy" one. That was me. I felt so dumb, especially since I reviewed the proof over and over! But it was definitely my fault. When I reached out to Artifact Uprising, they gave me a code to revise and reprint my entire project for free (all I had to do was pay shipping). It wasn't even about standing by their work -- they did nothing wrong, it was all me! They just wanted to make sure I got the product I truly wanted. I've been using Artifact Uprising for a long time, and I will continue to use ONLY them for my prints because of customer service like this! Thank you, AU!
DO NOT order any books from this…
DO NOT order any books from this company. I opted for their most expensive flatlay option for my wedding photos. Costing over $1k. All the pictures came out blurry even though previews of the project were all high resolution professional quality pics.
The customer service tries to rectify the horrible quality by giving you a promo code for a future purchase and refuse to give a refund.
The give BS responses about the photos printed as intended but there was no alerts or flags before submitting the project that photos are "low resolution".
They are theives!
Maria was amazing
Maria was amazing. She was very responsive, has excellent taste, and really made my wedding weekend come to life!
3rd and final purchase
3rd and final purchase. For the record, the final product I received in the past was nice, hence my reorders. Unfortunately their website can be tricky depending on what you want. Last year I struggled with my order and in the end received it after Christmas. Again this year, same issue as last year. The customer support chat is lame. My question was not answered properly. So, I tried calling. No phone of course. So, I tried emailing which sounds slow but their site says they respond quickly. I still have not received a response weeks later. I did however get an email from the chat lady asking why I gave her a bd review. Unacceptable. Last purchase… and my order is late, no surprise. They are trying but tried to save money at the expense of their customers holiday gifts.

Lizzy was so responsive and receptive to all of our feedback! The book was better than we could have imagined 😍
Atrocious Quality
Atrocious Quality from Artifact Uprising
We received Christmas Cards that were smudged, bleeding, crumpled, and barely readable. Clearly nobody glanced at them before tossing them in the box, or they would have run them again. Or perhaps they did and didn't care. I strongly recommend staying away from this sham of a printing company.
This was my first and last order …
This was my first and last order with Artifact Uprising.
I placed this order solely because the website guaranteed delivery by Christmas Eve if ordered before the stated deadline. That guarantee was the only reason I purchased this item. Had I known it would arrive after Christmas, I would never have ordered it.
I proactively contacted customer service on 12/17 and 12/18 to confirm the delivery timeline and received nothing more than one-line responses assuring me the ETA was unchanged. On 12/22, after still receiving no tracking number, I was initially told my order would be expedited to ensure timely delivery. Later that same day, I was informed the exact opposite—that the order was delayed and had missed the last shipping pickup due to production issues.
Despite being told the order was being expedited, the delivery estimate shifted from 12/24 to 12/29. A Christmas gift that arrives after Christmas is not a Christmas gift. My parents are leaving, and I won’t even be able to give them the present I specifically ordered for this occasion.
Refunding shipping or offering a promo code is meaningless when the value of the purchase depended entirely on receiving it on time. This feels like deceptive advertising—promising holiday delivery, offering reassurance when asked directly, then quietly missing the deadline and walking it back after the fact.
If you are ordering a time-sensitive or meaningful gift, do not trust Artifact Uprising’s deadlines or customer service assurances. This experience completely ruined what was meant to be a meaningful Christmas present
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Ordered December 3rd. It’s December 23rd, no tracking number, no update, NOTHING. I have not received my $350 order and no one has followed up with me after 5+ emails. Ruined Christmas this year as this was my big gift for my significant other. I spent 30 hour crafting this gift for this horrible company to go MIA. Do not trust this company. No way to call or speak to a customer service rep.
Liars, idiots, and uprising
Less than a week before Xmas and the cards I ordered in mid November are still not complete! A special shout out to Brian for being completely worthless and wasting my time chasing him for updates that were incorrect or an outright lie!
Merry Christmas - and a lump of coal to you all.
Disappointed
No human to speak to over the phone. No live updates. Not meeting shipping expectations when I paid for express.
We had a wonderful experience working…
We had a wonderful experience working with Katharine on our family photo album. From start to finish, she brought such care, creativity, and attention to detail to the project. The final album captured the story of our family perfectly.
Communication was clear and professional throughout, timelines were met, and the finished product exceeded our expectations.
Lyndsey Wathen was great to work with
Lyndsey Wathen was great to work with! She did a great job on the design and was super responsive to feedback.
