Ca' Pietra Reviews 

It is disappointing that I have to write a negative review for this company. Ordered tiles - were not suitable, returned promptly and in accordance with their instructions. Have only partially been refunded and have subsequently been ignored by them. I now have to file a bank chargeback and possibly go to small claims court. I just don’t understand why they don’t pay the money as promised.

Ordered a sample tile. It arrived smashed. Ordered a second one. Received half a tile. Neither were of any use to make a judgement on whether they would be appropriate for my kitchen.

Superb company offering exceptional and beautiful products. Excellent customer service throughout the process of ordering and delivering.
First class and brilliant company

Ca Pietra use a company called Dx to deliver their samples..... an exhausting 4 days it has taken waiting to see if they would finally attempt to deliver 3 tiles to my door. At the cost of £22.80 including postage....the final day after my waiting around, the manager from dx actually came himself with the tiles....this is after id already had a delivery from another tile company of other sample tiles.
In the meantime, not once has Ca Pietra offered any refund for my wasted time as a gesture of good will or that I've spent the last four days chasing where my delivery from them (i ordered on the 1st of September it's now 11th)
For a premium brand, delivery is substandard. And to top it off when the tiles came they looked like something I could have got from your local diy store. Overall disappointment and how i wish I'd seen reviews on here first.

We've recently visited both the Chelsea Harbour showroom and Tiles at Source (indecisive is my middle name) and in both cases been blown away by the help we've received. Puja at CH, and Sarah at TaS have both been brilliant, so creative, knowledgeable and friendly. Cannot speak highly enough about the experience. And this when we just dropped in on a whim, without an appointment.

Bit disappointed with the service, placed my order to be told after some of the tiles would be delayed, these then got pushed even further. When my order did come, 2 sets of tiles on the order were missing, 1 set is being delivered tomorrow and the other set is now not available until August. I wasn’t informed of any of this.

Alison in Hartley Wintney branch was a brilliant source of inspiration! She clearly knows the ranges so well. However what was really impressive - she quickly seemed to grasp what our own style and preferences are… seamlessly putting together some combinations of tiles we just LOVE! Thank you for having such great intuition. Made for a really fun, satisfying and relaxing experience. Much closer to our bathrooms of dreams!

My wife phoned the company to cancel a samples order. Person who took the call told her to email, which she did. Guess what? Order not cancelled, wasted money and wasted tiles. We won't be back

I can't speak highly enough of the reception that we have received from Jenna each time we have visited the Ca' Pietra showroom in Devizes. We have just completed a completely new kitchen installation and are about to relay our patio and increase it in size. The choice of splashback tiles and outdoor paving stones is endless with Ca' Pietra being one of the quality companies recommended to us. We were back and forth to the Devizes showroom which, in itself, is a delight to visit. Although we eventually sourced our tiles and paving stones elsewhere, driven mainly by cost, every time we appeared Jenna was on hand to advise, listen and suggest. She showed the most remarkable kindness and patience with us and we never once felt that we were an imposition. If you are looking for a bespoke tile service, I can highly recommend Ca' Pietra.

I have received excellent customer service from Leanne at Ca' Pietra. We had a box of tiles broken during the delivery process, I emailed with photos, Leanne replied immediately and organised the delivery of a replacement box the next working day. If only all companies were this efficient and easy to deal with. Many thanks.

I purchased some beautiful tiles, but unfortunately there was a colour inconsistency from the manufacturer that only became apparent after some had already been laid. As they were central to the overall bathroom design, this was quite concerning.

However, after speaking with Becca, the issue was handled exceptionally well and a great resolution was reached. I really appreciated the support and professionalism throughout the process.

I would happily use them again in the future.

I had some issues with some Ca'Pietra tiles that were broken on delivery, which I had ordered through European Heritage.

Ca'Pietra refused to accept that they were responsible for the breakages, despite them arranging the shipping, and they would not replace them without being paid again.

In the end, European Heritage agreed to fully pay for the replacements themselves even though it left them out of pocket.

I'll never purchase Ca'Pietra tiles again.

I stumbled across Ca‘ Pietra whilst undergoing a home renovation and we have ended up using them across our kitchen and utility extension, outdoor paving and bathroom. Their tiles are beautiful, high quality products and I received expert advice on tiles for all of our rooms / areas from Alison Conti. Nothing was too much trouble, thanks Alison! Delivery was also speedy. Would highly recommend this brand to anyone in a heartbeat!

Alison's service is first class. She certainly went above and beyond in locating some discontinued tiles for me from 2 separate sources. This will enable me to complete a job for a very relieved customer!

The order was cancelled following acceptance of full payment for a consumer sale, a post-contract change to delivery timing, and the introduction of a VAT-number requirement that does not apply to private consumers and was not disclosed prior to payment. Very poor experience.

I have purchased from Ca Pietra a few times and always been a positive experience. The quality of the tiles and customer service are both excellent. Would highly recommend.
