I have been with Art Storefronts for several years. And I’ve always been very very pleased with the help this company offers. From technical support to marketing “how to’s’“ Art Storefronts gets my highest recommendation. They have a wonderful platform and they have wonderful people working for them. This company is just plain wonderful! If you’re thinking about marketing online, I suggest you start with Art Storefronts—the kind and supportive experts for artists.

Total waste of time and money. Don't expect any support.
They are very persuasive at getting one to sign up. But from then I struggled for close to a year to get support other than from bots sending me to the same complex written support pages again and again. No email is monitored by humans. I could not even close the account when I tried. They even sent me SMSs on my phone, from Mary. Mary, it turns out, it just another bot. I consider them to be dishonest. A total waste of time and money.

This is the worst service to the artist when you want to get signed into the artist site. However their product is outstanding, their automated marketing is unbelieveable. Their training and education you can not beat. I have been very happy till two days ago... I cant get a hold of anybody they all disappeared even the training to day the host never signed in. Did they get bombed???

Set up went smoothly, kind service, help is all around, there are so many features to help you as an artist. It is not only building a website, but give you all the opportunities to grow as an artist, through courses, trainings, features etc.

Disappointing customer service
I signed up for Art Storefronts years ago, but I don't use it anymore. They charged my account $600 without warning this year.
I called the number on their site, but the only person I could reach was in sales. No customer service department by phone.
I emailed customer service. The rep agreed that if I had known to reach out a day before the charge, they would have not charged me. Instead, they canceled my NEXT payment (12 months later) and said I have one more year to use a service that I don't use.
If they offered a refund, it would be fine. But I will never use the platform and can't recommend this company.
