I had a very bad experience with Aruba. Someone, for no reason, deactivated one of my domains and everything connected to it, including the PEC (certified email) I need for work. I wrote emails and called customer care several times, and each time they told me the problem would be resolved shortly. As a matter of fact, no one addressed the issue for days. After quite a lot of time spent on the phone explaining what I needed, my PEC was finally reactivated — but only after many days. You be the judge of that. I have been an Aruba customer for years, and I am now considering switching to another provider.
I consider what happened unacceptable. This is not a service — it is a disservice.

My SPID application was blocked due to an alleged discrepancy in my personal data, but nobody clearly explained what the issue was or how to resolve it.
I spent hours reading guides, using the chat service, trying to find the correct support channel, and calling customer support. I received conflicting information from different sources and was never given clear instructions on what documentation was required.
The most frustrating part was that I received an email instructing me to open a support ticket, but in order to do so I was required to log in to the support portal. At the same time, I was unable to log in because my account had not been activated due to the very issue I was trying to resolve. This created a circular situation where I was unable to access the support channel needed to fix the problem.
The activation process was confusing, the support system was difficult to navigate, and I was unable to obtain effective assistance.
I would especially caution international users, as obtaining support in English proved extremely difficult.
Overall, a very frustrating experience and a disappointing level of customer service.

The service quality is unacceptable. I have been waiting for two days for OPT identity verification without any success. Despite sending multiple emails and making repeated calls, I have received no meaningful support. Instead, I am repeatedly directed to generic video links and asked to continue waiting indefinitely, which is both inefficient and unprofessional.

In other European countries emails have legal validity! no need for additional complications. of course this service should work especially given the fact that is quite expensive. EDITED problem solved and good that, even after few days, customer services contacted me. but it should not be that complicated to keep the PEC active on outlook and mobile

I had the most upsetting experience with Aruba.it i paid for a service i never had, they insist on an update codice fiscale, when such code has no expiration day. it was impossible to talk with anyone in person. how sad.
