Ezviz camera connection errors

I recently had a very frustrating experience trying to connect my EZVIZ smart camera to the ASK4 network due to technical compatibility issues. After weeks of troubleshooting, Oluwatobi Osinubi from the ASK4 support team went above and beyond to help resolve the problem. He was patient, knowledgeable, and persistent in finding a solution, ultimately identifying the camera’s MAC addresses and applying the necessary network settings to get everything working. I’m incredibly grateful for his dedication and professionalism. Outstanding customer service, thank you Oluwatobi!

Unresponsive and slow customer support

Unresponsive and slow customer support. I have been having problems with my internet connection, sending emails to customer service and still waiting for them to answer... Even customer support is slower than their internet speed (if that's even possible).

Shitty internet

Shitty internet. These folks make money but providing their services to complexes and student accommodations. They must be cutting costs everywhere. It’s frustrating to deal with their services when internet is such a basic service.

I wish they go out of business soon so that no one has to suffer from their bad service

They failed to read/understand

They failed to read/understand my message about wrong email address on the account. I don't live in Europe. They're sending important service notifications to me, that their real customer is missing. I'm trying to do the right thing and let them know, but they want me to log into the customer portal (illegal!) and waste my time with live chat to DELETE the whole account, when I am not the customer. Bad AI bot service.

My last 3 one star reviews have been deleted after Ask4 tried to take them down. That’s why’s there’s such little negative reviews. They’re a terrible service, connections across 2 different locations have been unreliable and difficult. They’re no use at trying to fix anything. Complete shambles of a provider.
