So far is been ok, am still on my study journey though

Terrible. Swapped their systems halfway through submitting coursework. Their system for adding referencing keeps rejecting. I can’t submit my work it’s taken weeks of chasing. Can’t e mail them. Have to open a ticket. They don’t respond to a ticket. You can’t open a second ticket. Can’t call them. So am stuck and have wasted over 6 hours trying to re submit again. Terrible.

I am highly disappointed with this learning provider, they are more concerned with getting money off people than actually providing a service. One of my financial mistakes of 2025 is enrolling in their program.

I enrolled into the program on 21st November 2025, I didn't receive my login for online learning till 4th December 2025 by the time I saw the program was content was not a right fit they said it was already too late to cancel as I had 7 days to change my mind. Mind you, I got the login days after enrollment and program start date, I sent emails in the same week and didn't get a reply till one week later.

I have been paying for the course ever since, even when I never got to engage with it's content.

By the way, they make you write a review at the start of the course before they show you their true colours.

Terrible company, there are scammers. No phone access for complaints.

Just started my course and it’s been so easy to get set up and started. Looking forward to getting through it

The last time I dropped my honest opinion here of what I was going through with this college, I was threatened with a lawsuit via email. I was also blocked from their facebook page for commenting.

You claimed certificate takes 6-12 weeks depending on the awarding body and it’s been 3+ months since I finished and all I could get is confirmation of completion letter which I was not a able to use for the registration of my level 5 . I was told if after 12 weeks I don’t get my certificate, I should contact support which I did, but it’s same story. I don’t even know how long I have to wait again.

Good choice of courses. Highly recommend.

Association of learning is enabling me to do courses i don’t even have to leave the house to do. I love psychology & anything to do with criminal shows & learning. Now I can do this in the comfort of my own home. A great way to spend the dark winter nights.

The website experience was alright with sufficient information. I got a little hiccup setting up the direct debit but it will be rectified hopefully as I am yet to contact the team. I haven’t started my course yet so I have no other comments.

Purchasing a course is straightforward and you receive immediate confirmation and information from Association of Learning to support you before you start the course.

I completed and passed Relationship Counselling course and I will say that overall was a very good experience as your Tutor forces you to learn more about the subject at hand then just learning and passing with the bare minimum, and I loved that. Any problems were resolved by moderators quickly so that was also good. So if you really want to learn and get ahead then I'd highly recommend giving Association of Learning a try.

Was looking at a few different level 2 courses but association of learning stood out to me as they was on hand to answer any questions. I haven’t started the course yet but after logging in it seems easy to navigate

I am an active customer but am withholding my order number and details to prevent the company from identifying me or impacting my active studies as the stress so far they have caused has been awful. This is opinion based on what I have experienced.
1. The Workload is too high to ensure you do not pass but they get paid (some courses are requiring 3 to 4 essays a week for 12 months) 2. they offer unrecognised qualifications on courses with immensely high workloads (check the rewarding body is regulated by the government) 3. they switched me from.a humam tutor to an AI one. So they do use AI tutors and confirmed this in my ticket response.The AI tutors keep changing rhe goalposts on their feedback and if you fix the issue in the first feedback it generates another so you cannot pass, you will not ever please the AI and if you do take on board their sentence structure feedback you will be flagged as using AI because your work then sounds like a robot. This has all happend to me here to....4. They require 49 pounds on top of your fee for a paper copy of your certificate this is stated on their new platform and in their policy 5. you do not get support. I did not rrceive any message back for months after I found a reference in their course materials did not exist and found they had copied and pasted material from websites into their materials 6. I think they are breaching standards set by accreditation providers as I cannot see how this is accrpted and their responses here are maintaining the illusions the negative feedback is the customers fault, its not. 7. I think their reviews on here and the webpage are AI generated, fake and new students. I received 4 emails asking to review them and id be entered into an amazon prize draw ...the course had not started yet 8. They never used to be like this, they used to be a very supportive company that responded to students and did not use AI tutors at all as ive studied with them before , however I think it has now become about profit 9. their system is ticket only so you will only be able to write an email to them when issues occur, their phone line to existing customers confirms this 10. they have a habit of reinstating direct debits to bank accounts when you have paid the full fee (they tried to do this with me until I presented the payment plan I received from them, which showed every DD for every month ) but it took them 2x to communicate this to their team before the threatening emails stopped. 11. I guarantee the response here will be either '' my details cannot be found'' ( I am an existing customer) or something making it my fault. It seems a pattern here
I advise everyone who has had issues to contact trading standards and the qualification bodies such as AQA etc and inform them of what they are doing. By law, they cannot use AI on a loop to inhibit customers passing , they cannot use AI as tutors, they must offer a service that is in line with what they state on their website and they cannot inhibit students passing with barriers such as forms that cannot be accepted by placement due to its content etc as I read here. If enough proof is shown to these regulated bodies such as AQA and OFqual etc they can get their licence revoked. Also show them the work load as their site implies some courses are only 120 hours and they are not, they are more like 800 hours and the workload exceeds other provisions such as university which require far less work for a better qualification
To get your money back you need to contact your bank and put in a dispute form before 120 days have past and provide proof that they are delivering a service you have either cancelled or an inadequate service and AI tutors counts as inadequate. You are protected by Direct debit laws if you have paid this way. If you can prove that the tutors are AI ( such as submitting 4x assignments and receiving different feedback each time within a tiny time frame which is not possible for a human to check and write a full feedback form i.e. 7 to 10 minutes , it is AI , take pictures and show them )
Trading standards need to get onto this company ASAP.
Update: when you first join they ask you to put a review and they will enter you in a prize draw to win amazon vouchers. So majority of anyone here, who is not AI or a fake account, either have not even started the course yet or have just started and are trying to win a prize. And I was just bribed with amazon vouchers to remove my review by them yesturday. Someone on trust pilot leaked my data to the company before i gave them my details so this was not removed. My info was meant to be kept private and evidnce waa shown through private channels to verify that this was not fake. The company (AOL) then emailed me randomly asking to take it down and I will receive amazon vouchers. I declined obviously and trust pilot are aware and that goes against their policy.

Association of learning has been so helpful in helping my passion for animals. I have been able to start some courses around animals which may help me in future if i decide to persist in a career around animals instead of just a love and passion

I've only just signed onto the course and it's asking me to leave a review. However they answered a query I had on the course and followed up with a discount on the course which was good customer service. I hope the course will be good but I haven't started it yet.

Just started my course and found the website very easy to use and easy to read what is involved within the course the application was easy to do I would 100% recommend

I have recently started the Social Media course. I am getting a lot from it and feel my knowledge is growing already. Any queries i have had have been handled efficiently and swiftly. I look forward to making my way through the rest of the course.

I studied a Level 4 Diploma in Counselling and am looking at going on to Level 5. I enjoyed my time studying and received a refund as a completed the course which was a big perk!
