Installation of new combi boiler and removal of old boiler and water heater, professional from start to finish all to the highest standard, always on time and tidied up on completion, would recommend everytime and use again without hesitation.

Great service, engineer was really professional and sorted out the problem quickly and without issues. Spent time to show me how to use the system in my new house and checked everything would be ok before we moved in permanent. Definitely will use them again if there are any issues in the future.

Where do I start , Atkins and plumbing and heating saved the sale of my house falling through , my boiler decided to break the day before I moved house completion being the following morning, Ben was so professional showing me the part that was leaking and what needed to be done , how much it was going to cost , I was very thankful Ben had the part needed and the boiler was fixed and working prefect that evening , I was so happy and relieved I could continue with my house move , I was more than happy with the price he charged me . I would highly recommend and will definitely be using him
again to replace a boiler in my new house .

I had Ben and colleague replace my broken down boiler with a new Vaillant ecoFit pure combi boiler as it would fit in the kitchen cupboard. It was booked it as urgent for a tuesday early morning staff. They turned up before start time. They not only had to replace the boiler, but also a damaged radiator in the living room.
Both were replaced on the day, but they also improved my boiler flue on the day (as i asked about it and paid the extra money for the work.) My costings also included a 10yr guarantee from Vaillant. Once the work was completed Ben showed me how to operate the boiler control panel, and changes to the pipe work. Ben, also showed me an extra device by EPH, that allows me the ability to control my new boiler via a wifi enabled tabletop controller. Ben, left all boiler/eph documentation with me.I was emailed the day after by Vaillant my 10yr boiler guarantee. Very happy with the work carried out.

I called Ashton Plumbing after going round in circles and not get anywhere with other plumbing companies.
I spoke with Ben at Ashton’s who communicated and committed to the job.
He capped off and replaced a faulty cap on an old radiator that was leaking from a bedroom into the kitchen beneath. He located the leak within a minute!
Also he fixed a toilet that had an overly powerful flush and had been splashing up and over spilling.
I will definitely be keeping Bens contact for further plumbing.

Professional and friendly service. Had a water heater and back boiler removed and a combi boiler and radiators fitted. Ben and Des arrived on time at 8 and did three full days work. I have no hesitation in recommending them.
