This is a company that actually cares. There was a huge mess-up on my end and I fully mean it when I say I was getting frustrated thinking I was getting an AI support but I was so wrong this company listened to me and actually helped me correct this. This is truly a company care. I will continue to order from there time and time again.
Their toilet paper is truly amazing and earned its raving review and a 100% recommendation from the WATSON house hold the toilet paper is strong and durable.
From the feedback from the paper towels from a few mothers that I gifted them to they are strong and durable and can handle the clean up from craft time and I almost sure that they will be purchasing from them.(I didn't need them due to having a collection of towels and washcloths from my late grandmother)
Again this company actually cares and I know quite a few members in my community a well as myself will be ordering from them again. Thank you for all that you do and hope you guys have a wonderful life!!!
Who Gives a Crap are a good, ethical company and they sell quality toilet rolls and other goods. The toilet roll is soft, strong and very long. It is very good quality and lasts a very long time. I got a very good deal by subscribing, but I will always need toilet roll so I am happy to subscribe to this worthwhile company that do so much good with a high proportion of their profits. It is easy ordering, quick delivery and very good, competitively priced goods. What's not to like?
Love the packaging and mostly love the ethics behind it all
Paper is ok but what else can your bum expect 😊
One case lasted 4 months for my 3 bedroom house. I love did I say love yes I did. This is what I love strong, no lint residue, no toxicins and helps save trees. It took a few days to get used to the toilet paper but worth it. I have the most sensitive skin and I am always on the lookout for products that don't irritate my skin. Well I can stop looking for toilet paper now. I love Bamboo I have bamboo sheets and other bamboo products and I am convinced that if you have sensitive skin bamboo anything is a miraculous choice for skincare. I have it on autoship
I'll be the first to acknowledge that making a switch to a product like this costs more. But to me that additional cost is well worth it knowing the products are more sustainably made AND money is going to non-profit partners. PLUS the convenience of products arriving to me on a regular basis (so I never have to worry about running out) also makes the price worthwhile. My deliveries are always on time and the products within the boxes arrive in great condition.

This is great toilet paper. I have ordered several times. Nice and soft and cleans well. Ships really fast too! Cool company that donates a large portion of their profits. I'm happy to support their mission and receive a great product. Doesn't hurt that they send you emails with cute cats once in awhile. Well played. Keep the cat pictures coming and I'll be a customer for life.

It may be sustainable but it’s not fit for purpose. Rips too easily and too small. Terrible.

Great loo roll. Soft and strong. We prefer the bamboo to the recycled which isn’t as soft.
Quick delivery and the box lasts ages 😄

What a deceitful company! After seeing a million ads for this stuff on Instagram, I went to their website to check it out. I love to see that they had a 4.9 reviews rating. So they were offering a discount and I jumped in at the 48 rolls. BIG MISTAKE.
The order did arrive quickly, but holy hell this toilet paper is got awful. The only reason I ordered from this company was because they were low on the toxic chemicals and everybody said it was soft. I don't know what they mean by soft but the stuff is like scratchy cheap Scott tissue paper. I actually have to use twice as much as I usually do so that my fingers don't break through while wiping.
The texture is absolutely horrendous. I usually use toilet paper to blow my nose and within two uses, my nose was red and irritated.
But here's where things got interesting. I went to go leave a review on their website, and interestingly enough you can't. There's nowhere for you to leave a review. So I think they are custom picking these high reviews from somewhere and keeping complete control over it. When I googled how to leave review luckily it sent me here to trust pilot where I could see the REAL reviews were coming in at a 3.9 average rating.
So now I have this big box of toilet paper that I'm not even sure I can use. And what am I going to do, lug it all the way down to the post office 45 minutes away to return the unused rolls?
I might report to the BBB on their deceptive review practices.
Also, I went to their Instagram and the very first pinned post comments are very interesting. Apparently they dropped an influencer because she was pro-Palestine.
All in all, terrible experience, and I will never buy toilet paper online again because I can't test out a role properly first. And I'm sure I'll get some canned response from the company apologizing for me not liking their toilet paper but I bet they won't offer to refund me or compensate me for my wasted time and money. And I bet they'll have some b.s. reason or excuse to their falsely high ratings on their website versus everywhere else that gives them a low rating.
Hope this helps someone avoid wasting their time and money.

We decided to try this sustainable, bulk buy, on subscription and delivered to your door, toilet paper last year and I have just made another bulk order. The subscription is a great idea and can be paused or brought forward as required. The paper itself is great, the packaging is delightful and the rolls are BIG. Check them out with confidence

The loo rolls are fine and obviously very pretty but the ordering system is faulty. I requested a while ago to have the order skipped until August and double checked it last week but yet another box is on the way..! It's probably time for me to cancel the sub (we certainly won't need any more for a year or two).

Really glad to use loo paper that’s ecologically much friendlier and even better that it works!! The packaging is delightful

I’ve been using Who Gives A Crap for their toilet roll, kitchen roll, bin bags, and even their bathroom cloths, and I really appreciate the product quality and how eco-friendly everything is. Delivery is always on time, and the whole process, from ordering to managing subscriptions, is refreshingly simple.
As a bonus, my cat absolutely loves the boxes they arrive in and immediately claims them as a cosy little shelter so it’s a win all around.
I would recommend the special editions loo rolls too that always add some quirkiness to your toilet space!

The TP is honestly great. The mission is awesome. I’m happy to support something good in the world by just buying something I need anyway.

I come from a long line of An***x users, it was in my DNA almost, so making the switch to WGAC was a radical move for me. I am now officially a fan, I’ve tried the recycled and the bamboo and like them equally so for all those who are thinking about switching…it’s a no brainer, better for the planet and your bum won’t mind either 😂
