I think this company is bogus. I called to make an appointment to get my refrigerator repaired, and they told me that someone would come tomorrow.

I took everything out of my refrigerator that wasn't working and bought ice. Then the next day came and no one showed up, and when I called, I got the runaround.

I don't really know what the story is with this company, but I have no confidence in them and my advice is to proceed with caution.

BAIT AND SWITCH.

This company came to my home two days ago to repair my refrigerator. During the visit, they unplugged the refrigerator, took it apart, and then informed me that a part needed to be ordered and that it would take approximately three days before they could complete the repair.

At that time, I was presented with a service agreement for $714.45 and required to pay a deposit of $357.22, which I did.

Today, without any phone call, explanation, or discussion, I received a new invoice demanding $2,640.45 for the same repair that was originally quoted at $714.45. They simply sent a new contract and expected me to agree to more than triple the original price.

As a result, I have been left with a refrigerator that has been disassembled and unusable for several days, and I now have to find another company to complete the repair. Meanwhile, this company is holding my $357.22 deposit.

I feel this was a classic bait-and-switch tactic. I would strongly recommend that anyone considering this company proceed with extreme caution. Even if everything is in writing they refuse to honor their contracts. Protect yourself and use another service provider.

I wish I would've found these reviews earlier. I'm having similar issues with this company. They sent a technician who didn't run diagnostics on my fridge. He couldn't tell me what is wrong with it either. He told me he was going off of what I'm telling him. I explained that he's the supposed expert not me and he needs to tell me what's wrong with the fridge. I should've known that these ppl are a scam bc when they called me the number comes up as spam. So ridiculous. Save time and money and use someone else. Anyone else at this point. Like another user said RUN AWAY!!!!

If there were a rating of -0, that is precisely what I would assign to this company. Their website may project an image of professionalism and trustworthiness, but they are anything but. I had a technician come to my home to address my refrigerator gasket issue, and he insisted I should replace both the refrigerator and freezer doors, which would amount to nearly $800. I decided to proceed with just fixing the refrigerator door and paid him $360.

Since September 2025, I have repeatedly attempted to contact the company—over 20 times. Eventually, I managed to reach the technician, who shockingly revealed that he had quit and moved to Florida. Now, I am left with a broken refrigerator and out $360. It is outrageous that this company is still allowed to operate and potentially scam more customers. Immediate action should be taken to shut down their website and prevent them from defrauding others!

Run away from this scam company. They sent a “service technician” to my house to fix my dishwasher. He broke it further and left my house immediately. I have tried calling the company dozens of times trying to speak with management and they will not get on the phone with me or return my calls. Total scam!

We had a 340 bill for a dishwasher leak… Rakim mirzaghayev came out to fix. Left a bunch of parts in our dishwasher… didn’t fix it! Best part was when it fully broke about 45 days later, Patrick Davis at authorized service refused to refund our bill quoting the 30 day warranty!!!. Now we have 5000 in damages! Do not trust these people!!!!
