This place is very horrible the owner is very rude. They lie about everything they didn't play. all our pictures or videos up. But charges for it, did it even try to compensate us, we can never get this day back to make it as perfect as possible for my nephew that passed away. And our family that we all work very hard to come up with. All the money to have this funeral. Didnt get done
the way we hope for And paid for this place, this place doesn't have no sympathy, are fillings for anyone, but all the money that goes in their pocket. This is very sad, it's not like we could redo the funeral somewhere else. You only have one chance to do a good funeral. And this place totally ruined it. We're all grieving and hurt, but the owner Miguel doesn't care all he cares about how much money he's making and all the money he could take from all us that are hurting. I recommend no one goes to this place. If anyone reaches post, take your loved ones somewhere else, could they deserve to go somewhere else? I have a correct funeral of what you guys want. This place needs to get investigated. The Robbie people and no one's saying nothing but I am gonna open up and try to see what I could do about this. So everyone who reaches posts do not have your services at this place. They're gonna take you for your money and not give you everything. What you pay for your loved one deserves something better.Miguel legaspi the owner doesn't care if you're grieving?Or what it is?They make it seem like it until they take your money i see. People post a lot of good reviews on here. I think they have family or friends just making a b*******. Because all that is a crack of b*******
There was nothing that came out of this place. And that's the truth, con, artists, no good people. I'm pretty sure a lot of reviews are fake.

I live in St. Joseph MO, but my father had passed doing what he loved which was driving a diesel. This is how he passed while in Arizona. With that being said everything that I have had to do has been over the phone. Everyone has made it very helpful along with taking the time for all my questioms to make this be as easy as possible for me while I am not even there. My experience I would rate 5 stars for sure! Roxanne and Nitia have been wonderful to wk with.

Their representatives were prompt and attentive, foresaw our needs and made navigating a difficult time a little easier.

The reception area has an atmosphere and an aesthetic that were very appealing to me.
