There is no customer service reachable, especially for English speakers. It's been years as I'm trying to receive my log-in details to be able to use the app and to be in control of my account. You call AXA Agency - they say we don't have your name, call the people you've open account with and on and on it goes. Bruno, please help!
PS it is extremely rare these days to be surprised in a good way by providers of any services, but in this case I was! Almost immediately after I posted my original review AXA Bank contacted me and an extremely nice and patient member of staff guided me step by step through the process, which at the time I thought I grasped, but hey, that was early days as the next day I tried to log in and completely mixed up all the number, code, old and new and IDs, old and new etc etc A couple days later AXA Bank called to see if all good, which it wasn't and they helped me again , that you AXA Bank, now im in!

This is a terrible bank. The tech is really OLD. You cannot get through on the phone without entering passwords and indentifiers, however if your account is blocked then the password has been blocked too, so you cannot get through at all.
Constantly, I cannot use my account.
It is USELESS.

As my messagerie will show, my gold card has been refused payment TEN times since November 2024. At first I received messages from the bank about unblocking my account, but for the last ten days since my last communication there has been no reply. The problem remains unresolved. so either my gold card is changed or I change to a new more efficient bank. What do you suggest Bruno?

Historic bank statements relating to the sale of our French house were sent quickly by mail to England. The agent spoke good English and understood everything we needed.

Before we arrived, my dad was always raving about how great they were in AXA Assurance et Banque, in the township of Riberac.
We needed insurance to cover a second driver on my dad’s car. We went in and I expected a stack of form filling, much translation and a good hour to get this organised. Thanks to Sebastien Harouat and Cedric Le Cam it was easier than deciding which wine to buy and so much quicker.
They were so welcoming, friendly, professional and efficient. Their technical competency meant it was so quick uploading
and searching information that I was insured to drive on leaving the office.
I was most appreciative of the accommodating of English, as their second language, in making the transition so smooth. The level of English within the office was of a high competence and the staff were very patient with my level of French speaking and better understanding of the spoken French.
I shall go back again for future quotes and renewals.
