If I could give less then one star I would . I placed an order and I chased the delivery only to find out it was sent to Ireland by mistake and they will retrieve the parcel and send it to me fine 3 weeks later no parcel chased where it was no reply emailed several times and now there ignoring me this has been going on for 8 weeks now , I finally decided to raise a PayPal claim . Thankfully I purchase the items this way , other wise not sure how I would get my money back spent over £60 on my order had a few bits for Xmas presents . Which was such a shame very bad customer services . Well they ignore you but happy to keep your money . I now have to wait till mid December for them to reponsed to PayPal
If they don’t I then get my money back. *** do use ****

I ordered a re useable nappy set but the nappies and cover didn’t match in size. I was told I’d been sold the right items but I could return them if I wanted to at my own expense. I disputed this, suggesting the company pay for the return. I’m still waiting for a response to my email sent on 18/08 despite following it up.

AVOID if you aren’t willing to accept POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. We bought a beautiful play kitchen for our daughter and a set of play pans and utensils to go with it. The delivery was good (my husband wrote a review to say so) but the aftercare has been APPALLING. After a matter of days, the paint on the pans started to go black and peel - an obvious hazard for children. I wrote to babame to explain the situation and ask for a resolution as the current product I had was UNSAFE. I was told that they would contact the manufacturer - in this case TIDLO - to see what could be done. I then received an email asking if “the pans had been used on direct heat” and checking if I knew “these were pretend pans and should not be used to cook”. I mean!!?? Babame refused to do anything and so did the manufacturer so now we are left with a set that is FAULTY and DANGEROUS for my daughter to use. We are incredibly disappointed in babame’s response and even if the manufacturer refused to help, ultimately babame are responsible and should find a resolution - especially for a faulty product and for a customer that had spent close to 200 pounds. I’d most definitely AVOID AT ALL COSTS now as they don’t seem to want to engage in any aftercare with customers - I’d pay a little bit more and go to a more well known retailer!

Issue with order resolved really quickly and easily. They included a bar or chocolate with corrected order - a very nice touch. The ease with which the issue was resolved was a huge relief. A very happy three year received her birthday present right on time. Thank you.

Love this place!! There are so many lovely, quality, yummy, natural products 👌🏻💯😍💝 One of my favourite products is the Janni Pink Himalayan Salt Soap bar, Omg!!! I could eat this yummy bar of goodness! It's my happy bar, my skin feels and looks so good, it clears my skin right up! I've gone through so many already, I can't get enough of it, I'd nearly use one whole bar at a time, it's just so fresh, smells so uplifting and all completely natural, 👌🏻💯so no worries about any nasties, it's just an amazing product! Self care/love or some quality me time is just delish with this soap bar 🧼💝

I ordered the Country Play Kitchen and saucepan set for my niece. Excellent quality toy. Made from wood. She absolutely loves it. Babame is an excellent company. The website was easy to navigate and the order arrived very quickly. Communication was superb. Would highly recommend and will use them in the future. Excellent

My experience with fluff heaven and baba me has been excellent. They have a wonderful range of handmade wooden toys, a very helpful website, an easy to order system, and I got everything delivered to me the very next day. I will be going back to them.

So , we , the Grandparents had the pleasure of buying your adorable wooden pram for our Granddaughter Last Christmas .the pram is so sturdy and so pretty , Isobel plays with it and her dolls all the time , she gets hours of pleasure ,the dolls are so adorable so realistic , she sits them beside her watching her favourite TV programs , she loves to hug them ,no hard parts , they are so well made, they will be heirlooms . I love the selection of Doll's Clothes. We plan to buy some dolls for our other Granddaughter who is three. I ordered wobbel board xl for y daughter. It arrived by courier the following day. Durable, fun and verataile toy which is a big hit with all my children aged from 9yrs to 2yrs.
Definitely recommend this shop. They kept me updated on the order throughout and followed up afterwards to order was ok on delivery.

I have been buying from Babame for around 5 years and I have always had a positive experience. The customer service is great and any issues I've had have been resolved promptly and professionally. A fab eco and ethical shop!

Ordered some items and one arrived damaged. My belief is it was damaged before they posted it. They then had the nerve to ask me to package it safely before returning, not a happy customer and have had previous experience of poor customer service from this company
