Couldn't fullfil the order, after 2days contacted me to offer me alternative or refund. Fine, great customer service.
After a week there was no shipping update, emailed to ask for an update, no reply.
Phone them, no answer.
Email asking for a refund the next day as zero contact, get that within 20 mins of asking.
Why mess me about? Why not just say sorry we can't do the alternative either.
Don't just ignore people.
Just happy I got my money back straight away.

Great product
Very quick shipping. I didn’t trust the size chart at first, but it’s definitely correct. At first, baby did not like it one bit. But I followed the instructions and stayed calm and kept trying, now he falls asleep immediately on my chest (still doing hug position, last check he didn’t like kangaroo). This is a huge help. Thank you!

Best soft carrier wrap
Fast delivery, soft light fabric, easy to use and my baby loves it. I tried other wraps you had to tie and they were just too fussy to get right. Sizing from the company was spot on. Essential for travel for our family!

Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. Ordered a S according to the size chart and it came in and was the wrong size, reached out 3 times to see if I could exchange it for a size bigger and I still haven’t heard an answer back since before Mother’s Day. A friend recommended and I am disappointed. I will not be recommending this brand.

Too involved. The recommended sizes were not accurate, and then the exchange process was so obnoxious I just asked for a return

Hi Whitney! I'm sorry that the sizing tips didn't help you. We also recently improved our return process to offer free shipping labels and a faster turn around time. Currently, the way to receive a new carrier is to return the current one and order a new one.

Stop looking and buy this one!
I have tried many different carriers/wraps and the search for the perfect one is now over! I love how fast and easy it is. I love how versatile it is and how well it holds up wearing it all day. I never had to redo the hold for an 8 hour wear. My only regret was not finding the Baby K’tan sooner!

Love, love, love!!
We couldn’t love the prewrapped carrier more. It is our go to when at church, restaurants, or just fussy days. Baby feels so warm and snug that she falls asleep quickly. My husband and I walk a lot and this wrap is perfect for getting around the neighborhood and getting work down around the house. I love the baby bonding it allows!

First off, the product is fantastic. Secondly, the customer service is extraordinary. I received a Baby K’Tan as a gift off my registry but my friend purchased the wrong color. When I wrote customer service to see if I could discreetly exchange it (without letting my friend know I was trading it in) they were incredibly gracious and allowed me to keep the gifted one and also sent the color I had wanted. Super impressed with this company!

Great for newborns and very comfortable for mom!
My baby and I love our baby ktan wrap! He was 6 lbs at birth so a soft wrap was the way to go till he gets big enough for a more structured carrier and the ktan is working fabulously! He goes right to sleep and I’m able to run my business with him as my sidekick (in the front of course!)
Very easy to use/wear and has many position options. The website and instructions are so helpful with videos, tips and tricks to help you be successful in baby wearing!
