They kept working with me until the artwork was just right; am I'm picky too. They were extremely present and I was shocked at how quickly everything arrived. Great price as well. I'm in Oklahoma, FYI.

They were amazing. Very prompt in confirming the order, sending the proof and communicating. Our backdrop shipped within 24-48 hours and was here in 2 days. The whole process took less than 1 week. I was impressed how fast it was, even coming from China. Thank you for great service.

The project was ordered and I received the proof the same day and my backdrop was delivered within a week. Some images were distorted (one cow had a skinny neck similar to and ostrich) but all in all we were happy with the backdrops.

Backdrop Source staff responded quickly and worked with me to accommodate my request. Delivery of product is also very quickly. I highly recommend this organization.

After researching several companies to purchase our first trade show banners from, I selected Backdropsource.com. I don't do many reviews, but backdropsource customer service went above and beyond in helping me through the process with exceptional communication and patience. Their design was awesome, shipping was fast, and the quality of the banner and backdrop I purchased was excellent.

We purchased a 15x7.5 Portable Straight Fabric Pop-Up Wall and received it in the same week! We were really happy with the production time and quality we ordered 2 more the next week.

I hired this company for the first time to produce a 16' step and repeat banner for my Hollywood film screening. They were great to work with, answered all of my questions, responded quickly, and produced a beautiful banner that looked amazing at the event.

Overall the quality of everything was great except one side of the print came out blurry. The most frustrating part is the customer service was really bad. Her english was hard to understand but she could not tell me why it was blurry she just wanted me to pay for another one. How can I trust them to purchase another one when she claims the one I got isn't blurry. I have photo evidence I provided. I asked to speak to manager and she said there is no manager to speak to. I am not sure she was even located in the United States. They could have solved this with a little empathy and good customer service. It is a bummer because the quality besides that is really good.

Backdropsource does a great job. I ordered a 10x10 pop up and sent my designs and it turned out great so I had them make me a EZ banner and 2 8’ walls and I just love them. All my products were perfect. Highly recommend

I have ordered numerous 10 x 10 trade show banners. They are great quality, cost-effective, easy to set up, quick to ship, and the customer service is excellent.

Delivered on time and great quality. Costumer service was very helpful with graphic sizing and proper resolution.

My first time using Backdrop source and so far they have been a pleasure to work with. They have been extremely helpful throughout the process. Definitely give them a chance.

Very easy to set up and break down. Less than 15 minutes. The frame came pre-assembled and was easy to snap and secure. Best with two people, but one person can manage if needed. No wrinkles. Not very heavy, about 28 lbs for the frame, and the banner was about 5 lbs. They came in separate packages

Our Unfortunate Experience: After four years of our non-profit organization working with Backdrops Fantastic and purchasing one very expensive backdrop from them, we could not have been more disappointed to be let down and dismissed as a customer as we were this year! We asked for a custom backdrop (Irish Design) in March of 2026 for an event in late September. We were told it could be done. Our ONE annual gala hinges on the decor of our event which hinges on our stage's backdrop. We were told they could do it. We waited until early June before having to call to find out their design team was still working on our project. In late June, we received an email that the design team was still working on it but it that we would have something soon. In late July, we had to call again and received an email telling us the design team was STILL working on it but would have something for us by the end of the week. They also sent us an estimate for the back-drop rental which we agreed to. On Aug 15th, I began to worry as we received NO word yet. I emailed them yet again of my growing concern and disappointment in their handling of our event this year. On 8/21, I'd received no response so I had to call yet AGAIN to learn from their representative that they'd decided they COULD NOT DO OUR BACKDROP and simply canceled our order !!! With NO NOTICE to us!!! That's it! No other alternatives or considerations! With less than a month, we are now unable to achieve an alternative from another company. When I asked to speak to the company owner, they said he was not in and that they would leave him a message. Of course, that individual NEVER CALLED US!!! I post this as a concern to any other small non-profit organization that could be hurt as bad as we were by a company that has grown too large to care about hurting one of their smaller clients in this fashion. Their representative told me that he agreed what they did was inexcusable and that there was nothing further he could do. It is so sad that this type of behavior sees no repercussion whatsoever. The owner should be ashamed of his behavior and business ethic.

I ordered a backdrop and two podiums. The customer service is super!! I sent my artwork and they were able to configure it and I did'nt have to try and mess with sizing it to a grid or putting it into a certain file. They did it all. I am actually ordering more from them again. GREAT WORK!!

They allowed us to customize our booth layout by adding and removing components from one of their pre-packaged offerings. In the end, we submitted one piece of artwork with a typo which was not caught until we received it (our fault). They gave us a very fair reprint price and expedited everything so we had the replacement within about 10 days.

These are great, I love the light box and the ability to change the screens with in seconds to make it more user friendly.

The entire process from start to finish has been excellent. From their responsive conversations, to quick mockup designing and dispatching on time, these guys really have everything streamlined. Finally we’ve received our order and ABSOLUTELY LOVE their quality. Prints are perfect. Quality is amazing. Will definitely work with them again. Highly highly recommended.

Ordered a 19.5' x 7.5' fabric tension backdrop and the printing was great and it arrived a few days earlier! Also, heard it was easy to install and there weren't any visible wrinkles
