Trigger Point Relief Collapsible Massager
The trigger point Relief Collapsible Massager was one of the best point relief massagers on the marker. I have tried other product and it has been life changing to help my shoulder, neck and even my mid back. To just getting getting a deeper tigger point to just rubbing the areas where it is hard to reach it will beat many of the competitors. My aunt came and visited it and I let her try it and she loved it. I also let her try the other product I had and she told me that backJoy product was more superior.
The top has oval shape to it which allows you to pinpoint the affect area deeper without out applying a lot of pressure. I was having a lot of trap, neck issues and been doing physically therapy and even massages and this has help me relieve pain where the other product I didn’t experience the relief like I did with the Trigger Point REleif Collapsible Massager. I highly recommend this product.

Greatly Disappointed
The first time I learned of Backjoy was when I was in Oregon and took my father shopping for a pair of shoes, actually. They had a few of the Backjoy "turtle shells" there and we tried them. Loved it so much we bought it, not the shoes. And I still have it. They are constructed of a heavy, sturdy material and are wider, deeper and fit much better. It just doesn't go high enough up the back. So, I thought I'd try a newer model.
This newer one is thin, flimsy and quite small. It's too flimsy to offer good sitting, postural support. I regret buying it and I'll never buy another one.

It seems that you ,purchased the original best selling shape sold to over 5 Million customers in the past 10 years . Through an independent 3rd party survey, with 92% reporting better comfort and 87% reporting less pain, we are aware that t does not suit a very small proportion of users. We always strictly advise that you ensue that you are purchasing the seat that's right for you. Our product pages give detailed advice on this. We do offer several styles, and they suit users based on their lifestyle and their weight, preferences for feel, thickness, materials, etc.
We’d like to share that the BackJoy RELIEF Seat is best for 100 to 300lbs weight and has more flex in it to closely shape to and cup the users’ behind. The RELIEF is intentionally designed to be narrower than the hip or pelvis width, as it focuses on supporting the Sitz bones, also known as ischial tuberosities, to more powerfully lift and tilt the pelvis and completely take pressure off the spine as you sit anywhere. the seats have been proven though pressure mapping studies to consistently hold the pelvis in neutral alignment with your lower lumbar spine. One of the new pillows was an over stuffed pillow. Preston and Sarah sent a video of what to do to take some of the stuffing out. Back Joy seat the BEST
I have a back condition and this back joy seat is the only things that helps me when I’m sitting! It keeps your pelvis in place so they you don’t collapse your lower back. My husband calls it my “tractor seat” because it looks like the seat in a tractor! It is the best money I ever spent to help my back. Highly recommend!

Back Joy travels
I have used Back joy for several years. Recently my sister and I traveled by air for 18 hours to New Zealand and we were able to walk off the plane with no back, hip or knee pain. We both used Back Joy support. We are 81 & 78. We use them in the car all the time.

I really like your back support products. They are comfortable and really easy to carry long when traveling. The only challenge I have is your inventory problems which kept me waiting for a month or more for a seat.

The answer to my prayers!
Between the customer service and the device, itself "Sitsmart Core Traction" I couldn't be more satisfied. I received top notch quality support via email after learning I initially ordered the wrong item. My order was corrected and immediately shipped to me. Excellent product and service
I forgot my BackJoy seat on the plane after a very long flight. I were devastated since it is not longer available in South Africa. Wonderful product for home and car
A couple of years ago, my sister gave me a BackJoy for me to use at my kitchen table—my “base of operations”. It has been a lifesaver. It has held up well; it still looks like new and feels the same. I recently ordered two more BackJoys: a second one for my sister and a second one for me that I planned to use in the car. Along with my order came the Relief version of the Sit Smart Core Traction. It has a slightly smaller profile and, instead of using it at home, I’m using it in the car and really appreciating the support it gives, plus, because it is not as big, it is much easier to get in and out of the car without having to make a difficult adjustment in placement. Super products—well made, lasting, and so beneficial to anyone with a problem back!

Stellar product, stellar service
I have nothing but rave reviews for Backjoy. After a delivery mishap (not their fault, FedEx showed up when I wasn't home), they reached out to me directly over the phone. They were professional, responsive, enthusiastic, and they took steps to ensure that I would receive my delivery soon.
Once I received my Backjoy, I was incredibly impressed by the quality of the product. It's light, portable, comfortable, and extremely effective. The way that I sit has been substantially improved. Rather than slouch over, as I usually do, I can feel the intrinsic muscles of my core working to keep my spine upright and my pelvis balanced. As a structural integration bodyworker, I can see myself using the Backjoy for a long, long time to come.

I tried the relief seat version (not the Core) and it worked so well!
I tried the relief seat version of the orthotic seat it really took away my back pain which I'd had for weeks. I read in some past reviews that the newer core version is not very good and only works for a very few set of users (people over 350 lbs with really wide hips and backside). It's the relief seat (sitsmart relief ) the version before that seems to have mostly 4 and 5 star reviews. I saw that version had been on QVC for almost 20 years. I didn't want to take the muscle relaxant my doctor prescribed! So I had nothing to lose, and got the right model on Ebay and it wasn't cheap, I guess it's because they sell out fast. The result? Well just sitting in the orthotic seat, even when I sat with it on a soft couch or sat up in bed eased the pain. I noticed that even on the soft mattress the seat tiled my pelvis to the neutral S shape they talk about in the videos, instead of sinking into the mattress and making my lower spine fold into that outward curved C shape which put a lot of pressure on it. Now after just 2 weeks using it , I never get pain or stiffness after long sitting or driving periods. Plus, the shape and lift seems to have encouraged my lower spine to take a more S curve when i sit now even when i don't have it with me. lol! though I literally take it everywhere I go and miss it when I forget.

07/10/2024- I am trying to use the BackJoy Core (the back orthotic) but it is difficult. The pictures in my instruction booklet do not represent what I actually have. My logo is nit under my left thigh. Ummmm. I have not found a comfortable sitting position yet. I now just treat it as a pillow cushion to sit up taller in my chair at my desk in the office! No help! No posture support!

Not worth the price
It is supposed to help me with my posture but after using it for a month, I feel more comfortable sitting without it. I work long period of hours sitting in front of a computer and I don't think this helps. A normal cushion is nicer to seat on.

Did not work for me in a car
I am sure this product has helped many people sit in office chairs, but I needed it for my car.
The pictures show people sitting beautifully straight with unsupported backs. I've never seen anyone sit like that while driving a car.
I think it would be really helpful for backjoy to make a video of someone using it in a car. Including images (drawings) showing how their back is curved while sitting in a car. It did not work for me, and I don't see how it can work.
I am updating my review to honor the care and concern shown in the response by the company.

EFFECTIVE RELIEF WHILE SITTING
I purchased my”tractor seat” several years ago. MRIs showed L4-S1 stenosis and various disc issues. Using this seat has given relief while sitting in the car. It is very much worth having.

I liked the original seat better
I liked the original seat better. This new one is huge. The hump in the middle hits the bottom, inside of my leg and is somewhat uncomfortable when driving. It is so WIDE that it makes it difficult to get the seatbelt in. Wish you would go back to the smaller, original one.

I can’t remember when I bought my first…
I can’t remember when I bought my first Backjoy. I saw an infomercial on TV and thought it worth trying. It succeeded in improving my lower back. I’ve nearly worn out that first one and have purchased 2 others and then this latest one. I keep one in the car, at the cabin and elsewhere where I use them. You have an excellent product!
